Abstract

본 발명은 직기에서 제직된 후의 원단 나염 또는 염객공정후에 행하는 수세공정에서 원단을 충격을 주는 방법에 의해 수세하기 위한 섬유원단의 충격에 의한 수세방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 섬유원단이 가이드로올러와 보조로올로 사이에서 이동할 때 많은 장력이 발생하여 특히 신축성을 요하는 원단에는 적당하지 아니하였고 로올로에 의해 직접 가압하는 수단은 수세의 효과는 있으나, 섬유원단의 인장을 더욱더 가하는 단점이 있을 뿐만아니라 이 역시 장력이 발생하는 단점은 여전히 있었다.
이러한 장력의 문제를 제거하기 위해 정체판을 수장시켜서 보조로올러를 통해 하향하는 섬유원단의 일정량을 정체시키면서 연속하여 이동시켜주는 방법에 의해 수세시키는 것이 있으나 이 역시 이는 섬유원단을 단지 정체시키는 방법에 의한 것이여서 그 수세가 용이하지 아니하고, 특히 섬유원단에는 여전히 장력이 발생하는 문제점은 있었다.
본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 근본적으로 제거하기 위해 창출된 것으로 섬유원단의 일정길이를 정체시키되 정체된 섬유원단은 회전방향이 교대로 이루어지는 회전원통내에서 상승된 다음 최상점에 이동되었을때에는 정체된 일정길이의 섬유원단이 자중에 의해 세정수에 낙하되면서 발생하는 충격에 의해 수세되도록 하는 반복작업에 의해 섬유원단이 수세되도록 함과 동시에 섬유원단이 자중에 의해 세정수에 낙하될 때 발생하는 충격에 의해 섬유원단의 조직을 치밀하게 유지함으로서, 추후에 제조되는 의복이 세탁 또는 충격등에 의한 건조기를 통하여 건조되더라도 더이상의 줄임 즉 줄어들지 않오록하고자 하는데 그 특징이 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 섬유원단을 세정수에 침수시키는 것에 의해 수세함과 있어서, 상기 섬유원단을 이동시키면서 수세시키되 회전하는 회전원종내에 일정한 길이만큼을 정체시켜 회전원동이 회전방향을 교대로 변경하면서 회전하는 방향으로 이동하다가 최상부에서 자중에 의해 낙하하여 세정수와 부딪히면서 발생하는 연속적 충격에 의해 수세되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유원단의 충격에 의한 수세방법.
  2. 통상의 크기로 구획된 쳄버(5)내에 다수의 수조(2)를 형성시켜 일정한 높이만큼 세정수(1)가 유입 및 배출되도록 하여 섬유원단(T)을 수세하는 것에 있어서, 상기 다수의 수조(2)내에 지지로올러(21)에 양측면이 개구된 회전원종(22)이 지지되도록 각각 설치하되 상기 회전원통(22)의 상부에는 가동로울러(23)가 상기 회전원통(22)의 외주면에 압압되도록 하여 상기 가동로올러(23)의 회전방향을 교대로 변경하는 것에 의해 회전원통(22)이 회전방향이 교대로 변경되도록 회전시키고, 상기 회전원통(22)의 내면에는 다수의 이송판(24)일 설치되어 상기 회전원통(22)내에 위치한 섬유원단(T)이 회전원통(22)의 회전에 의해 이송판(24)이 상기 섬유원단(T)을 상부로 이송시켜주면 최상부에서 섬유원단(t)이 낙하하면서 상기 세정수(1)와 부딪히면서 발생하는 충격에 의해 수세되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유원단의 충격에 의한 수세장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전원통(22)에 다수의 배출공(25)을 천공시켜 세정수(1)의 공급 및 배출이 자유롭게 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유원단의 충격에 의한 수세장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전원통(22)의 외주면 양쪽에 환형의 턱(26)을 설치하여 회전원통(22)이 가동로올러(23)에 의해 회전할때 지지로올러(21)에서 이탈되지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유원단의 충격에 의한 수세장치.
