Abstract

본 발명은 각종 강교량, 화학설비, 전력시설등의 철강구조물에 사용되는 철강재료용 고내후성 아연계 방청도료에 관한 것으로써, 장시간 도막의 손상을 방지할 수 있고, 또한, 알미늄입자의 뛰어난 전기전도성으로 아연의 희생방식작용을 장시간 유지시킬 수 있는 매우 우수한 방식성능을 발휘할 수 있는 고내후성 아연계 방청도료를 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 유기용매; 분발안료의 중량비가 80 : 20 ~ 90 : 10이 되도록 유기용매와 분말안료를 함유하고, 상기 유기용매와 분말안료의 중량에 대하여 0.5~1.5%의 체질안료가 첨가되고, 상기 분말안료는 아연분말과 알미늄분말을 혼합한 혼합분말 안료이고; 상기 아연분말과 알미늄 분말의 입자크기비가 1:2~4이고, 아연분말과 알미늄 분말의 중량비가 70 : 30~40 : 60이고, 그리고 상기 알미늄 분말의 입자 크기가 40㎛이하인 고내후성 아연계 방청도료를 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 유기용매; 분발안료의 중량비가 80 : 20 ~ 90 : 10이 되도록 유기용매와 분말안료를 함유하고, 상기 유기용매와 분말안료의 중량에 대하여 0.5~1.5%의 체질안료가 첨가되고, 상기 분말안료는 아연분말과 알미늄분말을 혼합한 혼합분말 안료이고; 상기 아연분말과 알미늄 분말의 입자크기비가 1:2~4이고, 아연분말과 알미늄 분말의 중량비가 70 : 30~40 : 60이고, 그리고 상기 알미늄 분말의 입자 크기가 40㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내후성 아연계 방청도료.
