Abstract
본 발명은 폴리규산화합물로 변성시킨 전색제에 아연, 알루미늄금속 및 그 합금 미분말금속과 알칼리토류금속, 희토류금속이온으로 일부 또는 전부를 이온교환한 알모실리케이트와 금속산화물 및 탄산물의 한 종류 또는 두종류를 분산제로 첨가하여 종래 무기질 방녹방오도료를 개량한 무공해 방오방식기능을 가지는 물유리-금속, 합금미분말 다기능 도료의 제조방법으로서, 규산염 M2O·nSiO2(M : K, Na, Li, CH3, C2H5, n=2.0~3.0)의 용액에 관능기를 가지는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜화합물(n=2~2000)을 첨가하여 규산함유함유량이 높은 탄성겔(이하 PSE라고 한다)을 만들고, 이것을 PSE/SiO2의 중량비가 0.1~100으로 되도록 규산염 M2O·nSiO2(M : K, Na, Li, CH3, C2H5, n=2~3)용액에 용해시킨후, Al2O3(또는 B2O3)/SiO2의 몰비가 0.05~5.0으로 되도록 알루미늄화합물(황산알루미늄, 명반, 알루민산염)을 첨가하고, 30~100℃으로 가열변성시켜 규산염콜로이드 전색제를 얻어 이 전색체에 알칼리토류금속이온 또는 전이금속이온으로 교환한 알모실리케이트, 아연 또는 알루미늄금속미분말 또는 그들의 합금미분말과 알칼리토류금속 또는 금속산화물중 하나이상의 충전제와 임의의 색소를 첨가한 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to one or two kinds of almosilicates, metal oxides, and carbonic acid, which are ion-exchanged in part or all with zinc, aluminum metal and its alloy fine powder metals, alkaline earth metals, and rare earth metal ions.
