Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(I)의 신규한 2, 6-디-(4, 6-디메톡시피리미딘-2-일)옥시벤조산의 페닐이 미노에스테르 유도체, 그의 제조방법 및 농작물에 유해한 식물퇴치를 위한 용도에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R1은 수소, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C4알킬, C3-C6사이클로알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알케닐옥시, C1-C4알킬티오, C1-C4알킬로 치환될 수 있는 아미노, 아릴, 아릴옥시, C1-C4아실, C1-C4아실옥시를 나타내고, R2는 수소, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, C1-C4알콕시카르보닐, C1-C4알케닐옥시카르보닐, 아릴메톡시키르보닐, 헤테로아릴메톡시카르보닐, C1-C4알킬아미노카르보닐, 아릴 C1-C4알킬아미노카르보닐, 헤테로아릴메틸아미노카르보닐, 아릴을 나타낸다.

Claims (11)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 신규한 2, 6-디(4, 6-디메톡시피리미딘-2-일)옥시 벤조산의 페닐이미노에스테르 유도체.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C4알킬, C3-C6사이클로알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알케닐옥시, C1-C4알킬티오, C1-C4알킬로 치환될 수 있는 아미노, 아릴, 아릴옥시, C1-C4아실, C1-C4아실옥시를 나타내고, R2는 수소, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, C1-C4알콕시카르보닐, C1-C4알케닐옥시카르보닐, 아릴메톡시키르보닐, 헤테로아릴메톡시카르보닐, C1-C4알킬아미노카르보닐, 아릴 C1-C4알킬아미노카르보닐, 헤테로아릴메틸아미노카르보닐, 아릴을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1은 수소, 클로로, 풀루오로, 시아노, 니트로, 메틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 부톡시, 알릴옥시, 메틸티오, 디메틸아미노, 페녹시, 벤질옥시, 아세톡시를 나타내고, R2은 수소, 클로로, 시아노, 메틸, 메톡시, 메틸티오, C1-C2알콕시카르보닐, 프로필아미노카르보닐, 디메틸아미노카르보닐, 벤질아미노카르보닐(여기에서, 벤질은 염소, 메틸, 메톡시에 의해 임의로 치환된다), 2'-페닐에틸아미노카르보닐, 푸릴메틸아미노카르보닐, 페닐을 나타내는 화합물.
  3. 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 신규한 피리딘티오에스테르 화합물.
  4. 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 금속염 존재하에 용매중에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와같다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 금속염은 제2구리염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 금속염은 염화 제2구리, 브롬화 제2구리임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 용매는 할로겐화 탄화수소 또는 니트릴임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 일반식(I) 화합물의 제초제로서의 용도.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 재배작물이 벼 또는 밀임을 특징으로 하는 제초제로서의 용도.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 재배작물이 직파벼임을 특징으로 하는 제초제로서의 용도.
  11. 활성성분으로서 제1항에서 청구한 화합물을 함유하는 제초제 조성물.
