Abstract

본 발명은 각종 기계부품 등의 열처리 작업시 사용되는 치구 재질을 고내열 충격성 및 고내마모성을 갖게 하여 사용수명을 증대시키는 열처리용 치구에 관한 것으로, 중량%로서, A120310% 이하, Y2O310% 이하 이고 나머지는 Si3N4로 조성된 열처리용 세라믹 치구 조성물에 관한 기술임.

Claims (2)

  1. 중량%로서, 산화알미늄(Al2O3) 10%이하, 산화이트륨(Y2O3) 10%이하이고, 나머지는 질화규소(Si3N4)로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 열처리용 세라믹 치구 조성물.
  2. 중량%로서, 산화알미늄(Al2O3) 10%이하, 산화이트늄(Y2O3) 10%이하, 잴화알미늄(AlN) 10%이하이고, 나머지는 질화규소(Si3N4)로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 열처리용 세라믹 치구 조성물.
