Abstract

본 발명은 제지 공정중에 폐기물로 발생하는 제지슬러지 소각재를 재활용하기 위한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 제지슬러지 소각재를 건축 자재로 널리 사용되는 타일의 제조에 이용하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명온 제지슬러지 소각재 10중량%, 납석 25∼30중량%, 도석 11∼15중량%, 점토 20∼30중량%, 석회석 10∼20 중량%, 장석 5∼10중량%를 혼합 분쇄하고 소정의 압력으로 성형하여 고온에서 소성하는 것으로 행하여지는 제지슬러지 소각재를 첨가한 벽 타일의 제조방법과 제지슬러지 소각재 10중량%, 납석 20∼25중략%, 도석 10∼20중량%, 장석 30∼35중량%, 점토 10∼20중량%, 석회석 1∼5중량%를 혼합 분쇄하고, 소정의 압력으로 성형하여 고온에서 소성하는 것으로 행하여지는 제지슬러지 소각재를 첨가한 바닥 타일의 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 제지슬러지 소각재 10중량%, 납석 25∼30중량%, 도석 11∼15중량%, 점토 20∼30중량%, 석회석 10∼20중량%, 장석 5∼10중량%를 혼합 분쇄하고 소정의 압력으로 성형하여 고온에서 소성함을 특징으로 하는 제지슬러지를 첨가한 벽타일의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 압력은 200∼300kg/㎠으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 소성온도는 1100∼l125℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 타일 소지의 평균입도는 8∼9.2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제지슬러지 소각재 10중량%, 장석 30∼35중량%, 도석 10∼20중량%, 점토 10∼20중량%, 납석 20∼25중량%, 석회석 1∼5중량%를 혼합하여 분쇄하고 소정의 압력으로 성형하여 고온에서 소성함을 특징으로 하는 제지슬러지률 첨가한 바닥 타일의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 성형은 200∼300kg/㎠의 압력으로 행하여 짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 소성온도는 1135∼l159℃에서 행하여 짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 타일 소지의 평균입도는 7∼9.2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
