Abstract

본 발명은 제지 공정중에 폐기물로 발생하는 제지슬러지 소각재를 재활용하기 위한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 제지슬러지 소각재를 건축 자재로 널리 사용되는 타일의 제조에 이용하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 제지슬러지 소각재 3∼10중량%, 도석 30∼40중량%, 점토 20중량%, 적토 6∼10중량%, 카오린 1∼5중량%를 혼합하여 분쇄하고 소정의 압력으로 성형하여 고온에서 소성함을 특징으로 하는 제지슬러지를 첨가한 벽타일의 제조방법.

Claims (6)

  1. 제지슬러지 소각재 3∼10중량%, 도석 30∼40중량%, 점토 20중량%, 적토 6∼10중량%, 카오린 1∼5중량%를 혼합하여 분쇄하고 소정의 압력으로 성형하여 고온에서 소성함을 특징으로 하는 제지슬러지를 첨가한 자기질타일의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 압력은 200∼300kg/㎠으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 타일 소지의 평균입도는 제지슬러지 소각재의 함량이 3%일때 12.6∼14.1㎛, 6%일때 9.9∼10.6㎛, 10%일때 8.6∼9.1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제지슬러지 소각재는 미연소분이 2∼10% 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 타일의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 소성온도는 1140∼1170℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 소성온도는 제지슬러지 소각재가 3% 함유시 1155∼1165℃, 6% 함유시 1150∼1160℃, 10% 함유시 1140℃로 행함을 특징으로 하는 타일의 제조방법.
