Abstract
본 발명은 글리콜니트릴을 형성시키기 위해 포름알데히드 원을 사용하고 글리콜니트릴을 과수소분해 시키기 위해 과산화수소 원을 사용함으로써, 시아나이드 및/또는 시아노 착물, 특히 아연 시아노 착물을 함유하는 수용액의 탈독성화를 조절하는 개선된 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따라, 8.5내지 12범위의 pH치에서 포름알데히드 원을 가하는 동안, 산을 가함으로써 pH치를 일정하게 유지시키고, pH치가 더 이상 증가하지 않으면, 포름알데히드 원의 부가를 중단한다.

Claims (3)
- (i)포름알데히드 원을 8.5 내지 12의 pH범위에서 처리될 수용액에 연속적으로 또는 주기적으로 가하여, 유리시아나이드 및 방출 시아나이드를 글리콜니트릴로 전환시키는 단계 및 (ii)과산화수소 원을 8.5 내지 12의 pH범위에서 연속적으로 또는 주기적으로 가하여 글리콜니트릴을 과수소분해 시키는 단계[여기서, 산화-환원 포텐셜을 측정하고, pH치가 일정하게 유지되면서 산화-환원 포텐셜이 더 이상 증가하지 않으면, 부가를 중단한다]를 포함하여 시아나이드 및/또는 불안정한 중금속 시아노 착물, 특히 아연 시아노 착물을 함유하는 수용액, 특히 폐수의 탈독성화를 조절하는 방법에 있어서, 단계(i)이 수행되는 동안 산을 pH-조절량으로 부가함으로써 pH치를 실제적으로 일정하게 유지시키고, 결과적으로 pH치가 더 이상 증가하지 않으면, 포름알데히드의 부가를 중단함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(i)및 단계(ii)에서, pH치를 9,5내지 10.5의 범위로 조절하고, 일정하게 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, pH조절을 P-(비례), PI-(비례-적분) 또는 PID(비례-적분-미분)조절기를 사용하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
