Abstract

본 발명은 킬팅기등에서 실을 공급할때 실의 단선여부를 감지하는 기능을 가지는 실감지로써, 실 갯수 만큼의 가이드바를 판상의 단위 가이드 하우징에서 상하운동 되도록하고, 단위 가이드 하우징 저면 중앙의 가이드바 이동부위에는 공간을 형성하며, 단위가이드 하우징은 병렬로 결합하여 양단의 가이드 하우징의 공간부위에 가이드바의 작동여부를 감지하고 이상시 동력을 차단하는 감지부를 장착하여서 된 것이며 얇은 판상의 단위 가이드 하우징에 가이드바가 상하운동 되도록하고, 단위 가이드 하우징의 관총흠에는 감지센서가 작동되어 가이드바의 상하이동 여부를 감지함으로써 일조를 이루는 각 단위 가이드 하우징을 통과하는 실 하나라도 끊기면 센서가 전원을 차단케함으로써 제품의 불량을 막을 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 킬팅기의 실을 안내하는 가이드에 있어서, 가이드판(1)에 가이드 홈(11)이 끼워지는 단위 가이드 하우징(10)을 구비하고, 단위 가이드 하우징(10) 일측에는 T홈(12)을 형성하며 가이드바(13)를 안내케하며, 가이드바(13)은 중앙에 장공(14)이 있고, 장공(14)은 T홈(12)중앙에 돌출시킨 스토퍼(15)에 의해 가이드바(13)의 상하이동을 제한하도록 이루어지며, 단위 가이드 하우징(10)을 실 갯수만큼 세트로 구비하고, 제트로된 양측의 단위 가이드 하우징(10) 하부의 관통홈(16) 부위에 감지센서(20)을 설치 사용함을 특징으로 하는 실 감지기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, T홈(12)의 하부에는 단위 가이드 하우징(10) 중앙저면을 관통하는 관통홈(16)이 형성되며, 관통홈(16)은 가이드바(13) 저면의 상스위치까지 관통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실 감지기.
