Abstract

본 발명은 워트 제트(Water Jet)직기의 위사 감지장치에 관한 것으로서 상,하측바디 지지대(1)(2)에 돌출부로 일정간격을 두고 수개의 홈(5a)이 뚫인 위사밀판(5)고정하고 위사밀판 외측방 하단의 하측바디 지지대에는 고압측감지기(3)를 지지구(8)에 의해 보울트로 설치하며 고압측반대측의 위사통과 경로에는 수개의 실캐치사도(7)를 위사밀판의 홈(5a)으로 출입할 수 있게 설치대(9)의 전면에 배치 부착하고 그 내측면으로는 앞면에 저압측 감지기(4)를 부착하되 저압측감지기몸체(4)의 출입홈(6)으로 고압측감지기의 전극(3a)이 출입가능케 고정기구로 설치한 후 이 설치대를 템플바(도시되지 않음)에 설치되게 한 것을 특징으로 한 것으로서 위사감지기의 감지효과를 향상시켜 위사감지를 보다 정확하게 할 수 있게 하고 감지기의 수명을 오래할 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상, 하측바디 지지대(1)(2)에 돌출부로 일정간격을 두고 수개의 홈(5a)이 뚫린 위사밀판(5)고정하고 위사밀판 외측방 하단의 하측바디 지지대에는 고압측감지기(3)를 지지구(8)에 의해 보울트로 설치하며 고압측반대측의 위사통과 경로에는 수개의 실캐치사도(7)를 위사밀판의 홈(5a)으로 출입할 수 있게 설치대(9)의 전면에 배치 부착하고 그 내측면으로는 앞면에 저압측 감지기(4)를 부착하되 저압측 감지기몸체(4)의 출입홈(6)으로 고압측감지기의 전극(3a)이 출입가능케 고정기구로 설치한 후 이 설치대를 템플바(도시되지 않음)에 설치되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 워트 제트(Water Jet)직기의 위사감지장치.
