Abstract

본 발명은 엔진과, 상기 엔진의 크랭크케이스에 연결된 케이스부에 탄성재로 이루어진 무단형상의 가스킷을 통해 케이스부재가 결합되어 이루어진 전동케이스를 가진 전동기구로 구성된 파워유닛이 자동2륜차의 차체프레임에 요동가능하게 지지되고, 상기 엔진에 부설된 스타터가 구비된 지지축의 양단이 상기 케이스부와, 상기 케이스부에 회전불가능하게 장착된 홀더에 의해 회전가능하게 지지된 자동2륜차용 엔진의 스타터 지지장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 부품수의 증대를 초래하지 않고 홀더의 축방향 진동을 방지하며, 가스킷(62)에는 홀더(110) 및 케이스부재(63) 사이에 삽입된 탄성지지부(112)가 일체로 연설되어 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 엔진(E)과, 상기 엔진(E)의 크랭크케이스(28)에 연결된 케이스부(61)에 탄성재로 이루어진 무단형상의 가스킷(62)을 통해 케이스부재(63)가 결합되어서 이루어진 전동케이스(64)를 가진 전동기구(M)로 구성된 파워유닛(P)이 자동2륜차(V)의 차체프레임(F)에 요동가능하게 지지되고, 상기 엔진(E)에 부설된 스타터(100)는 상기 케이스부(61)에 장착되는 스타터모터(101)와, 상기 스타터모터(101)에 연동회전되는 지지축(104)과, 엔진(E)의 크랭크축(32)에 연결된 링기어(103)에 계탈가능하게 해서 지지축(104)에 축방향으로 이동가능하게 지지된 피니온(105)을 구비하고, 상기 지지축(104)의 일단부는 케이스부(61)에 회전가능하게 지지되고, 케이스부(61)에 회전불가능하게 장착된 홀더(110)에 상기 지지축(104)의 타단부가 회전가능하게 지지되는 자동2륜차용 엔진의 스타터 지지장치에 있어서, 가스킷(62)에는 홀더(110) 및 케이스부재(63) 사이에 삽입된 탄성지지부(112)가 일체로 연설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동2륜차용 엔진의 스타터 지지장치.
