Abstract

더블록크부재에 형성된 안내홈의 내벽을 연결하도록 계합부가 붙은 벽부를 설치하여, 성형후 더블록크부재의 런형을 방지 한다. 더블록크부재 (40)에 상대 컨넥터의 립을 안내하는 안내홈 (44)이 결합방항으로 연장되어 형성되어 있다. 더블록크부재 (40)의 안내홈(44)의 종단부에는, 안내홈(44)의 내벽을 연결하도록 일체로 종단벽 (48)이 설치되어 있다. 이 종단벽 (48)에는 하우징과 계합하는 란스(계합부) (50)가 형성되어 있다. 이 종단벽 (48)이 있음으로해서, 더블록크부재 (40)의 수지재료의 치우침이 감소하고, 성형후의 수축에 따른 변형이 개선된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 복수의 콘택트수용실 및 이 콘택트수용실에 직각방향으로 측벽에 더블록크부재삽입용 구멍을 가진 하우징과 이 하우징 의 상기 더블록크부재 삽입용 구멍에 삽입 되는 더블록크부재를 포함하는 더블록크형 전기 컨넥터에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 상대 컨넥터의 하우징을 안내하는 제1 안내홈을 가지고, 상기 더블록크부재는 상기 제1 안내홈과 연통하는 제2안내홈 및 제2 안내홈의 종단부에 형성된 종단벽을 가지고. 상기 상대커넥터의 하우징은 상기 제1 및 제2 안내홈에 의해 안내되어 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블록크형 전기컨넥터.
  2. 상기 더블록크부재의 상기 종단벽에 계합부를 형성하고, 상기 하우징의 상보계합부와 계합하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 항의 더블록크형 전기컨넥터
  3. 상기 더블록크부재의 상기 종단벽에 형성된 상기 계합부는 슬롯에 의해 휠 수 있는 외팔보형의 란스인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2 항의 더블록크형 전기컨넥터.
  4. 상기 더블록크부재의 상기 종단벽측의 측면에는 상기 하우징의 계지부와 계합하는 돌기부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 항의 더블록크형 전기컨넥터
