Abstract
3차원형상 계측장치는 고정장치와 패널재의 3차원형상을 측정하는 3차원 측정기를 가진다. 고정장치에는 클램의 위치를 자유롭게 변경할 수 있는 치구부재가 설치되어 있다. 제언수단을 클램프를 설계상의 기준위치에 위치시킨 상태에서 3차원 측정기에 의해 측정한 형상 데이타와, 클램프를 기준위치로부터 이동시켜 패널재를 강제적으로 변형시킨 상태에서 3차원 측정기에 의해 측정한 형상 데이타에 따 라 패널재의 3차원 형상을 산출한다.The three-dimensional shape measuring device has a three-dimensional measuring device for measuring the three-dimensional shape of the fixing device and the panel material.
