Abstract

본 발명은 측정기에 관한 것으로 특히, 공작물등 물체의 3차원형상을 측정하기 위한 3차원측정기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 3차원측정기는 수준구가 일정 경로를 따라 설치되어 있는 베드, 수직기준면을 제공하는 수직기준부재, 소정 경로를 따라 정반의 길이방향으로 이동 가능한 트레버서, 및 트레버서에 이동가능하게 설치되고 수준구, 수직기준부재 및 물체를 향해 각각 레이저빔을 주사하여 거리측정 가능한 레어저쏘오스를 포함하는 구성을 갖는다. 본 발명에 따른 3차원 측정기는 정반이 필요없기 때문에 대형 측정기의 제작을 가능케해 준다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명에 따른 3차원측정기는 비접촉식이므로 측정작업시 모형등에 손상을 입힐 염려가 없다.The present invention relates to a measuring device, and more particularly, to a three-dimensional measuring device for measuring a three-dimensional shape of an object such as a workpiece.
