- 적어도 화분, 뿌리, 분열조직 구역 및 비성숙 배아에서의 특이적인 발현을 조절하는 적어도 1종 이상의 조절 요소를 포함하는 옥수수 α-튜블린 유전자로부터 유도된 분리 핵산.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유전자가 옥수수 α-Tub 1 유전자인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 핵산.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유전자가 옥수수 α-Tub 2 유전자인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 핵산.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유전자가 옥수수 α-Tub 3 유전자인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 핵산.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조절 요소가 화분내에서 검출가능한 그의 조절하에서의 유전자 발현을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 핵산.
