Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 슬립방지 브레이크 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히 마스터실린더와 스플이 설치되는 개,폐밸브를 유로를 통하여 연결하고, 이 개,폐밸브에는 솔레노이드밸브와 편심캠에 의해 작동하는 피스톤펌프를 연결하고, 피스톤펌프에는 체크밸브를 통하여 프로포셔닝밸브와 전,후륜브레이크를 연결설치하여, 유압브레이크의 제동압력을 적절히 조절하여 제동시 바퀴의 슬립현상을 방지하고, 구조를 간소화시켜 장치를 소형/경량화 할수 있고, 특히 운전자의 제동감각을 향상시켜, 차량의 제동을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 줄수있도록한 차량용 슬립방지 브레이크 시스템.

Claims (3)

  1. 페달(2)과 연결되는 마스터실린더(1)와 유로(40)(41)를 통하여 개·폐밸브(42)(42')가 연결되고, 개·폐밸브(42)(42')의 압력실(45)(45')에는 유로(46)를 통하여 솔레노이드밸브(47)(47')와 피스톤펌프(48)(48')가 연결되고, 상기 피스톤펌프(48)(48')에는 체크밸브(49)(49')가 연결되는 유로(51)(51')(52)(52')가 연결 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 슬립방지 브레이크 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개·폐밸브(42)(42')는 내부로 스플(43)(43')이 스프링(44)(44')에 탄력설치되고 유로(41)가 형성되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 차량용 슬립방지 브레이크 시스템.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤펌프(48)(48')는 편심캠(53)에 접동하는 피스톤(54)(54')의 왕복운동가능하게 설치되고 일측에는 작동유흡입구(48a)(48a')가 형성되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 차량용 슬립방지 브레이크 시스템.
