Abstract

이 발명은 수세미의 봉접부를 초음파로 접합하여 완성하는 수세미 봉접부 접합한 수세미 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 폴리에스텔 필름을 좁게 세절하여 얻는 폴리에스텔 리본사와 폴리에스텔사를 환편기로 섞어 직조하여 얻는 튜브형 수세미포의 표층지(22)에 폴리우레탄 스펀지 심층재(23)를 길게 삽입하여 수세미소재를 구성하고, 30-35 미크론 진폭의 초음파에너지가 공급되는 공구혼(16)의 가압부(17)로 가압대(18)위에 놓인 수세미 소재를 가압하여 접합부(24)를 조정하며, 조성된 접합부를 절단하여 얻는것을 특징으로 하는 수세미 및 그 제조방법이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 폴리에스텔 필름을 좁게 세절하여 얻는 폴리에스텔 리본사와 폴리에스텔사를 환편기로 섞어 직조하여 얻는 튜브형 수세미포의 표층지(22)에 폴리우레탄 스펀지 심층재(23)를 길게 삽입하여 수세미소재를 구성하고, 30-35미크론 진폭의 초음파에너지가 공급되는 공구혼(16)의 가압부(17)로 가압대(18)위에 놓인 수세미 소재를 가압하여 접합부(24)를 조성하며, 조성된 접합부를 절단하여 얻는 수세미.
