Description
Claims (8)
- 유리 기판위의 Al 금속전극을 1000~2000Å 두께로 성막하는 공정과, 상기 A1 금속박막을 각각의 색 필터에 해당하는 금속전극으로 선택에칭하여 제 1절연층, 발광층, 투명전극을 차례로 스퍼터링 법으로 성막하는 공정과, 상기 투명전극 위에 금속보조전극용 박막을 소정의 두께로 성막하는 공정과, 상기 금속보조전극용 박막을 전극선만 남기고 에칭하는 공정과, 상기 금속보조전극과 필터판 사이에 실리콘 오일을 주입하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 컬러 전기장 발광 표시소자 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, Al 금속전극은 스퍼터링법으로 증착함을 특징으로 하는 컬러 전기장 발광소자 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 보조전극용 박막은 1000옹스트롬(Å)정도의 두께를 갖도록 스퍼터링 법으로 성막함을 특징으로 하는 컬러 전기장 발광소자 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 보조전극용 박막은 진공증착법으로 성막함을 특징으로 하는 컬러 전기장 발광소자 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 금속 보조전극은 몰리브덴(Molybdenum)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 컬러 전기장 발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 보조전극은 적, 녹, 청색간 단위 화소부의 경계부를 5~30㎛의 선폭으로 남기고 나머지 각 화소의 중심부는 에칭하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 컬러 전기장 발광표시소자 제조방법,
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필터판은 원편광판 위에 직접 제작하여 선에칭하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 컬러 전기장 발광표시소자 제조방법.
- 금속전극과 투명전극에서 발생하는 전기장에 의하여 발광하는 발광부와, 상기 발광부에 전류를 공급하는 투명전극의 저항을 낮추고 콘트라스트를 높이는 금속보조전극과, 상기 금속보조전극을 통과한 백색광을 적, 녹, 청색으로 필터링하는 컬러 필터부와, 상기 컬러 필터부 위에서 수직으로 입사되어 반사되는 광을 흡수하여 큰트라스트의 저하를 막는 원 편광판으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 컬러 전기장 발광 표시소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
