Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야.
비교적 낮은 점성에서 긴 겔화시간이어도 고강도를 얻을 수 있고 장기간 고결강도가 우수한 현탁형지반주입용 약액.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제.
긴 겔화시간을 유지하여 높은 고결강도를 얻고 침투성및 장기간 내구성을 나타내는 현탁형 그라우트 제공.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지.
몰비가 2.5이하인 물유리와 슬라그, 몰비가 10이상의 알루민산나트륨과 슬라그, 또는 물유리, 알루민산나트류 및 슬라그로 구성되고 필요에 따라 이들 각 지반주입용약액에 시멘트및/또는 분산제를 첨가하여 비교적 저점성으로 긴 겔화시간에서도 고강도를 얻고 장기간 고결강도가 우수한 현탁형지반 주입용약액제공.

Claims (12)

  1. 몰비가 2.5이하인 물유리와 슬라그로된 현탁형지반주입용약액.
    여기서 물유리의 몰비란 SiO2의 몰농도/Na20의 몰농도를 나타낸다.
  2. 제l항의 지반주입용약액에 다시 시멘트및/또는 분산제를 첨가하여된 지반주입용약액.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 슬라그가 비표면적 8,000㎠/g이상을 갖는 미립자슬라그인 지반주입용액.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 시멘트가 비표면적 8,000㎠/g이상을 갖는 미립자시멘트인 지반주입용액.
  5. 몰비가 10이상인 알루민산나트륨과 슬라그로된 현탁형 지반주입용액.
    여기서 알루민산나트륨의 몰비란 Na2O의 몰농도/Al203의 몰농도를 나타낸다.
  6. 제5항의 지반주입용약액에 다시 시멘트및/또는 분산제를 첨가하여된 지반주입용약액.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 슬라그가 비표면적 8,000㎠/g이상을 갖는 미립자슬라그인 지반주입용약액.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 시멘트가 비표면적 8,000㎠/g이상을 갖는 미립자시멘트인 지반주입용약액.
  9. 물유리, 알루민산나트륨 및 슬라그로된 계로서, 다음의 조건을 만족한 현탁형지반주입용약액.
    물유리중외 SiO2의 몰농도/물유리와 알루민산알칼리중의 Na2O의 합계량몰농도의 값이 2.5이하.
  10. 제9항의 지반주입용약액에 다시 시멘트및/또는 분산제를 첨가하여된 지반주입용약액.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 슬라그가 비표면적 8,000㎠/g이상을 갖는 미립자 슬라그인 지반주입용약액.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 시멘트가 비표면적 8,000㎠/g이상을 갖는 미립자 시멘트의 지반주입용약액.
