Abstract

연삭휠(1)은 요면을 포함하며, 이 요면의 기초부에는 금속링(4)이 제공되는데, 이 링은 비연작용이지만 가공재료와의 마찰에 의한 마모에 저항하기 위해 충분히 단단한 재료로 만들어진다. 따라서 연삭휠(1)은 금속링(4)이 만들어진 볼록 형태의 정점과 만날때까지만 가동재료를 제거하게 된다.
그러므로, 이 링은 재료의 불필요한 제거를 자동적으로 방지하는 정지기구로써 작용한다.

제1-6도는 본 발명에 따른 연삭휨의 몇가지 가능한 실시예를 나타낸다.

Claims (6)

  1. 회전축(5) 주위에 배치되어 있으며, 또한 적어도 하나의 요면(8)을 제공하기 위한 형태를 갖고 있는 연삭체(2)를 포함하는 연삭휠로써, 특히 수동 제어 연삭기에 사용할 수 있는 블록형 형성을 위한 연삭휠(1)에 있어서, 가공표면과 반작용을 하는 요소(4)가 요면(8)의 기초부에서 연삭체(2)안에 끼워져 있으며, 또한 이 반작용 요소는 요면과 동일한 단면을 갖고 있으며, 또한 회전축과 공축을 갖고 있으며, 또한 이 반작용 요소(4)는 의도적으로 연삭에 의한 마모저항이 더 크고, 연삭체(2)보다 더 경도가 놓은 비 연삭재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연삭체(2)가 지지물(9)을 덮는 부분으로 이루어져 있으며, 반작용 요소가 연삭체(2)안에만 끼워져 있는 링(4)인 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반작용 요소(4)가 소결된 금속링인 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반작용 요소(4)가 소결된 세라믹 재료로 만들어진 링인 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 반작용 요소의 재료가 고경도 금속(소결된 금속탄화물), 세라믹 삽입물, 세르메트(ceramic, 세라믹/금속), 정육면체 붕소질화물 및 금속/세라믹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
