Abstract

본 발명은 열교환기 등에 사용하는 박막 전열 플레이트 및 식품 또는 제약용 탱크류의 냉각, 가열용 자켓를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 복수개의 주름이 플레이트 이면과 전면 중 어느하나 이상에 규칙적으로 형성된 열교환기용 박막전열 플레이트의 제조방법에 있어서, 프로파일용프레스 금형을 제작하는 단계와, 상기 금형에 스테인레스 스틸의 프로파일부재를 수용하고 이를 용량 500~700톤의 프레스로 압착하여 주름을 형성하는 단계와, 사이와 같이 제작된 프로파이부재와 모재를 스팟웰딩에 의해 상호 가용접하는 단계와, 상기 가용접된 프로파일부재와 모재를 자동 심웰딩에 의해 본용접하는 단계와, 상기 본용접에 의해 접합된 상기 플레이트를 기계적 강도를 보강하고 용접변형을 억제하기 위하여 유압롤러에 의해 연신하는 단계와, 상기 플레이트의 표면을 연마 및 마무리하는 단계를 포함한다.

제4도는 본용접공정을 도시하고,
제5도는 본 발명에 의해 제작된 박막전열 플레이트를 사용하여 평판형 모듈을 제작한 예를 도시하는 사시도 이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 복수개의 주름이 플레이트 이면과 전면 중 어느하나 이상에 규칙적으로 형성된 열교환기용 박막전열 플레이트의 제조방법에 있어서, 프로파일용 프레스 금형을 제작하는 단계와, 상기 금형에 스테인레스 스틸의 프로파일 부재를 수용하고 이를 용량 500~700톤의 프레스로 압착하여 주름을 형성하는 단계와, 상기와 같이 제작된 프로파일부재와 모재를 스팟웰딩에 의해 상호 가용접하는 단계와, 상기 가용접된 프로파일부재와 모재를 자동 심웰딩에 의해 본용접한 단계와, 상기 본용접에 의해 접합된 상기 플레이트를 기계적 강도를 보강하고 용접변형을 억제하기 위하여 유압롤러에 의해 연신하는 단계와, 상기 플레이트의 표면을 연마 및 마무리하는 단계를 포함하는 열교환기용 박막전열 플레이트의 제조방법.
