Abstract

본 발명은 오일프리형의 유중수형 유화화장료 및 그의 제조방법을 제공하며, 본 발명에 따른 유화화장료 조성물은 직쇄형 실록산으로서 디메틸폴리실록산을 전체 조성물에 대하여 2.0∼10.0중량%; 고리형 휘발성 실록산으로서 데카메틸사이클로펜타실록산, 옥타메틸사이클로테트라실록산 및 사이클로메티콘 ·디메티콘코폴리올중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 전체 조성물에 대하여 10.0∼50.0중량%; 유화 안정제로서 실리콘검, 비스트린 또는 그의 유도체, 덱스트란 또는 그의 유도체를 전체 조성물에 대하여 0.1∼5.0중량%; 및 실리콘 유화제로서 실리콘글리콜코폴리머(HLB : 3.0∼8.0), 라우릴메티콘폴리올(HLB : 3.0∼8.0), 사이크로메티콘· 디메티콘코폴리올(HLB : 3.0∼8.0)을 전체 조성물에 대하여 0.2∼10.0중량%의 양으로 함유하며, 상기 직쇄형 대 고리형 실록산의 비율이 20∼40 : 80∼60임을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 상기 화장료 조성물은 가벼운 사용감, 우수한 피부 안정성 및 탁월한 유화 안정성을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 탄화수소계, 라뉼린계, 레시틴계, 트리글리세라이드계의 오일이 전혀 배합되지 않은 오일프리형의 유중수형 유화조성물에 있어서, 직쇄형 실록산으로서 디메틸폴리실록산을 전체 조성물에 대하여 2.0∼10.0중량%; 고리형 휘발성 실록산으로서 데카메틸사이클로펜타실록산, 옥타메틸사이클로테트라실록산 및 사이클로메티콘 ·디메티콘코폴리올중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 전체 조성물에 대하여 10.0∼50.0중량%; 유화 안정제로서 실리콘검, 덱스트린 또는 그의 유도체, 덱스트란 또는 그의 유도체를 전체 조성물에 대하여 0.1∼5.0중량%; 및 실리콘 유화제로서 실리콘글리콜코폴리머(HLB : 3.0∼8.0), 라우릴메티론폴리올(HLB : 3.0∼8.0), 사이크로메티콘 ·디메티콘코폴리올(HLB : 3.0∼8.0)을 전체 조성물에 대하여 0.2∼ 10.0중량%의 양으로 함유하며, 상기 직쇄형 대 고리형 실록산의 비율이 20∼40 : 80∼60임을 특징으로 하는 오일프리형의 유중수형 유화조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유화안정도플 향상시키기 위해 수상 파트에 염화나트륨, 망초, 피로인상나트륨 이디티에이 등의 염을 수상 파트의 총중량에 대하여 0.10 ∼3.0중량부의 양으로 첨가하여 물의 이온강도를 증가시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 유중수형 유화조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 파운데이션 또는 메이크업 베이스의 제형임을 특징으로 하는 유중수형 유화화장료.
  4. 직쇄형 실록산으로서 디메틸폴리실록산, 실리콘검, 덱스트린 또는 그의 유도체, 덱스트란 또는 그의 유도체로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 유화 안정제 0.5∼5.0중량부 및 실리론글리콜코폴리머(HLB : 3.0∼8.0), 라우릴메티콘폴리올 (HLB : 3.0∼8.0), 또는 사이크로메티콘 ·디메티콘코폴리올(HLB : 3.7∼8.0)로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 실리콘 유화재 1.0-10.0중량부를 혼함하여 실리콘 검 베이스를 제조하고, 이에 여기에 직쇄형 실록산으로서 디메틸폴리실록산 10.0∼40중량부 및 고리형 휘발성 실록산으로서 데카메틸사이클로펜타실록산, 옥타메틸사이클로테트라실록산과 사이클로메티콘·디메티콘코폴리올로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상 25∼75중량부를 가하여 실리콘 베이스를 제조한 후 이것을 통상의 유화화장료 성분과 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 오일프리형 유중수형 유화화장료의 제조방법.
