Abstract

본 발명은 단백질이 풍부한 콩류의 천연 고분자내에 생물학적 방제 인자(바실러스 터린지엔시스 세포, 포자, B.T 독소)를 바이오캡슬화함을 포함하는 미생물 농약의 간단하고 경제적인 제조 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 생분해 가능하고 환경적으로 안전한 미생물살충제에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 가) 단백질 함량이 50중량% 이상인 단백질이 풍부한 콩류의 천연 고분자를 물과 혼합하고 100℃ 이상으로 가열하여 분쇄하거나 부드럽게하여 균일한 겔 매트릭스를 만듬으로써 단백질이 풍부한 천연겔 매트릭스를 제조하고, 나) 상기 천연겔 매트릭스를 121℃에서 가압 멸균시키고, 다) 상기 멸균된 천연겔 매트릭스를 상온으로 냉각시키고, 라) 바실러스 터링지엔시스 세포, 포자 혹은 B.T. 독소 등이나 이들의 복합체를 포함하는 생물학적 방제 인자를 상기 냉각된 천연겔 매트릭스와 균일하게 혼합하고, 마) 수득된 천연겔 매트릭스-생물학적 방제 인자 복합체를 건조 또는 동결건조시킨 후 분쇄하여 분말, 입자 또는 펠릿을 제조하는 단계들을 포함하는 생물학적 방제 인자가 바이오캡슐화된 미생물살충제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질이 풍부한 고분자가 콩류, 견과류, 땅콩류, 지방 종자, 이들의 분말 또는 부산물, 면실박 또는 그의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가)의 천연겔중의 고형분 함량이 5∼40%인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 가) 단계에서 상기 천연 고분자를 100℃∼121℃로 가열하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 라) 단계에서 생물학적 방제 인자를 천연겔 매트릭스 1g 당 104~1014세포 또는 포자의 농도로 가하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 마) 단계에서 천연겔-생물학적 방제 인자 복합체를 20~50℃로 건조시키는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 캡슐화된 미생물살충제.
