Abstract
청색발광 형광체 및 이를 채용한 음극선관이 개시된다. 모체로서 황화아연 (ZnS)을 포함하며 부활제로서 은(Ag)을 포함하는 청색발광 형광체에 있어서, 상기 형광체에 에르븀(Er)이 더욱 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광 형광체는 입자 모양이 양호하면서 휘도가 향상된 것으로, 이를 형광막에 채용하면 충전성이 양호하고 막두께가 균일한 막을 얻을 수 있으므로 고휘도의 음극선관을 얻을 수 있게 된다.

Claims (5)
- 모체로서 황화아연(ZnS)을 포함하며 부활제로서 은(Ag)을 포함하는 청색발광 형광체에 있어서, 상기 형광체에 에르븀(Er)이 더욱 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광체가 ZnS :Ag,Er형광체, ZnS :Ag,Cl,Er형광체 또는 ZnS:Ag,Al,Er 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Er의 양의 ZnS 모체를 기준으로 하여 5 내지 300ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광 형광체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 Er의 양이 ZnS 모체를 기준으로 하여 10 내지 200ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광 형광체.
- 모체로서 황화아연(ZnS)을 포함하며 부활제로서 은(Ag)을 포함하는 청색발광 형광체를 채용하는 음극선관에 있어서, 상기 형광체에 에르븀(Er)이 더욱 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고휘도의 음극선관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
