Abstract

본 발명의 고휘도 음극선관에 관한 것으로서, 형광체 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01∼0.5중량%의 전도성 물질로 코팅된 형광체로 형성된 형광막을 채용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따른 전도성 물질이 코팅된 형광체를 이용하면 공급된 에너지의 이용률이 증가하여 형광체의 발광휘도가 높아지므로 결국 음극선관 화면의 휘도가 향상된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 형광체 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01∼0.5중량%의 전도성 물질로 코팅된 형광체로 형성된 형광막을 채용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 물질이 흑연 및 산화인듐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
