본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 형광체의 란타늄 함유량 변화에 따른 상대발광 휘도의 변화를 나타낸 그래프이고, 제2도는 버닝온도에 따른 색좌표의 변화를 예시한 그래프로서 본 발명에 따른 형광체와 종래의 형광체 특성을 비교예시하였으며, 제3도는 버닝온도에 따른 상대 발광휘도의 변화를 예시한 그래프로서 본 발명의 형광체와 종래의 형광체 특성을 비교 예시하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 황화아연 모체 1g에 대해 각 2×10-5g내지 3×10-4g, 5×10-5내지 2.5×10-3g 3.5×10-5g내지 5.0×10-2g 및 0보다 크고 1.2×10-3g보다 작게 한 동, 금, 알루미늄 및 란타늄(La)을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색 발광 형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 동, 금, 알루미늄 및 란타늄의 량을 황화아연모체 1g에 대해 각각 8×10-5g내지 1.7×10-4g, 8×10-5g내지 5×10-4g, 1×10-4g내지 1×10-3g및 2×10-4g내지 8×10-4g 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색 발광 형광체
