Claims (2)
- 조성식이 (Lax Gdy Yz)OBr : Ce(식중 x+y+z=1, 0〈x〈1, 0〈y〈1, 0〈z〈1의 조건을 만족함)로 표기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.2x0.7, 0.25y0.75, 및 0.02z0.08의 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 발광형광체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
