Abstract

본 발명은 자기기록 매체용 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조시 0.03μm 내지 2μm의 구상 실리카 입자 0.01 내지 2중량% 및 평균입경 0.06μm 내지 4μm의 기타 다른 무기 미립자 0.03 내지 5중량%를 활제로 사용하여 평활성 및 이활성이 향상된 자기기록 매체용 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 및 이에 의해 제조된 자기기록 매체용 폴리에스테르 필름을 제공한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 자기기록 매체용 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조시 평균입경 0.03μm 내지 2μm의 구상 실리카 입자 및 평균입경 0.06μm 내지 4μm의 기타 다른 무기 미립자를 활제로 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 자기기록 매체용 폴리에스테르 필름의 평활성 및 이활성을 개선시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조시 사용하는 폴리에스테르에 대해 상기 구상 실리카를 0.01 내지 2중량%, 상기 기타 다른 무기 미립자를 0.03 내지 5중량% 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기타 다른 무기 미립자가 탄산 칼슘, 산화 티탄, 카올린, 탈크 또는 이산화 알루미늄인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,상기 구성 실리카와 기타 다른 무기 미립자가 하기식(Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ)를 만족시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법 :
    상기식에서, D1및 D2는 각각 구성 실리카와 기타 다른 무기 이립자의 평균 입경을 나타내고, W1및 W2는 각각 구상 실리카와 기타 다른 무기 미립자의 첨가량을 나타낸다.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 평활성 및 이활성이 개선된 자기기록 매체용 폴리에스테르 필름.
