Abstract

전방향족 폴리아미드계 폴리머를 용매에 용해시켜 방사원액을 제조하고, 응고욕이 상기 방사원액의 내측 부분 및 외측 부분에 접촉하도록 응고욕조로 방사, 토출하여 장섬유를 제조하고, 상기 장섬유를 수세, 중화, 건조하는 공정들에 따라 제조된 전방향족 폴리아미드계 합성섬유는 강도, 탄성율등 기계적 물성이 우수하다.

Claims (5)

  1. 전방향족 폴리아미드계 폴리머를 용매에 용해시켜 방사원액을 제조하고, 응고욕이 상기 방사원액의 내측부분 및 외측부분에 접촉하도록 응고욕조로 방사, 토출하여 장섬유를 제조하고, 상기 장섬유를 수세, 중화, 건조하는 공정들을 포함하는 전방향족 폴리아미드계 합성섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 응고욕은 황산이 25중량% 이하 함유되어 있는 수용액이며, 온도 0∼20℃인 전방향족 폴리아미드계 합성섬유의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 섬유는 섬유 단면의 내, 외층에서 분자쇄가 서로 엇갈리게 형성된 스킨층이 장섬유의 길이 방향에 연속적으로 이루어진 전방향족 폴리아미드계 합성섬유의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 전방향족 폴리아미드계 합성섬유.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유의 강도는 24g/d, 탄성율은 850g/d이상인 전방향족 폴리아미드계 합성섬유.
