Abstract

본 발명은 레이저 빔, 코팅된 투명한 판 및 화학 환원성 욕조에 의해서 표면위에 구조를 갖는 금속도금을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 통상의 사진석판법의 사용없이 그리고 가스, 액체 또는 킬레이트 층을 고가로 취급함이 없이, 이에 따라, 진공장치나 크벳의 사용없이 본질적으로 종전 보다 높은 기록속도를 가지고 다양한 적용성을 갖는 투명 및 불투명 표면에 구조를 갖는 금속도금을 부여할 수 있는 방법을 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명은 투명판에 박막의 균일한 금속성 코팅을 제공하고, 금속을 도금하고자 하는 기판 표면과 밀폐 접속시킨 후에, 펄스상 레이저 빔을 조사하여 투명판으로 부터 재료가 레이저 기화작용에 의해 전달되게 한 다음 기판 표면에 응집되게 하고, 기판 표면의 선택적인 핵생성을 한 후에 화학-환원성 욕조에서 핵생성된 영역에 금속을 도금하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 레이저 빔과 코팅된 투명판 및 화학-환원성 욕조에 의해서 표면에 구조를 갖는 금속도금을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 투명판(2)에 박막의 균일한 금속성 코팅(1)을 제공하고, 금속을 도금하고자 하는 기판 표면(3)과 밀폐접촉시킨 후에, 펄스상 레이저 빔(5)을 조사하여 투명판으로 부터 재료가 레이저 기화작용에 의해 전달되게 한 다음 기판 표면(3)에 응집되게 하고, 기판 표면(3)의 선택적인 핵생성을 한 후에 핵생성된 영역(6)에 화학-환원욕조에서 금속을 도금하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면에 구조를 갖는 금속도금을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 또는 폴리머를 기판으로 선택하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면에 구조를 갖는 금속도금을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 도금을 하고자 하는 기판 표면(3)은 액정셀(8)의 전기전도층(9)과 함께 앞쪽 선단표면(11)에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면에 구조를 갖는 금속도금을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 선택적인 핵생성은 프로그램화된 것을 특징으로 하는 표면에 구조를 갖는 금속도금을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 박막의 균일한 금속성 코팅은 접착-촉진 및/또는 촉매적으로 유효한 물질로 부터 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 표면에 구조를 갖는 금속도금을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 핵생성된 기판표면(3, 11)은 탈이온수로 세정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면에 구조를 갖는 금속도금을 제조하는 방법.
