Abstract

다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 적어도 하나의 단위(A)와, 다음의 단위로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 적어도 하나의 단위(B)로 구성되는 오르가노폴리실록산이다.
(R3O)mSiHR2-mO1/2(Ⅰ)
ER2SiO1/2ERSiO2/2및 ESiO3/2위 식에서, 래디컬 R은 같거나 다르며 탄소원자 1-12를 가진 1가의 SiC-결합치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소래디컬이며, 래디컬 R3는 같거나 다르며 1가의 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소래디컬이고, m은 1또는 1이며, E는 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 래디컬이다.
-R1 n〔OY〕xR2(Ⅱ)
여기서, R1은 탄소원자 1-6을 알킬렌래디컬이고, n은 O또는 1이고, Y는 같거나 다르며 탄소원자 1-4의 알킬렌이며, R2는 탄소원자 1-6의 알콕시래디컬 또는 탄소원자 1-6을 가진 옥시카르보닐알킬래디컬이며, X는 1∼200의 정수이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 적어도 하나의 단위(A)와 다음 단위로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 단위(B)로 구성되는 오르가노폴리실록산.
    (R3O)mSiHR2-mO1/2(Ⅰ)
    ER2SiO1/2, ERSiO2/2, 및 ESiO3/2위 식에서, 래디컬 R은 같거나 다르며 탄소원자 1-12를 가진 1가의 SiC-결합치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소래디컬이며, 래디컬 R3는 같거나 다르며 1가의 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소래디컬이고, m은 1또는 2이며, E는 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 래디컬이다.
    -R1 n〔OY〕xR2(Ⅱ)
    여기서, R1은 탄소원자 1-6을 알킬렌래디컬이고, n은 O또는 1이고, Y는 같거나 다르며 탄소원자 1-4의 알킬렌이며, R2는 탄소원자 1-6의 알콕시래디컬 또는 탄소원자 1-6을 가진 옥시카르보닐알킬래디컬이며, X는 1∼200의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실록산단위(A)의 비는 그 오르가노폴리실록산에 존재한 실록산단위의 총수에 대하여 0.2∼67%임을 특징으로 하는 위 오르가노폴리실록산.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 실록산단위(B)의 비는 그 오르가노폴리실록산에 존재한 실록산단위의 총수에 대하여 1∼70%임을 특징으로 하는 위 오르가노폴리실록산.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 그 오르가노폴리실록산은 다음식(Ⅲ)중 하나임을 특징으로 하는 위 오르가노폴리실록산.
    〔(R3O)mHSiR2-mO1/2a〔(R3O)R2SiO1/2b〔ER2SiO1/2c(Ⅲ)
    〔ERSiO2/2d〔R2SiO2/2e〔SiO4/2〕|f〔RSiO3/2g〔ESiO3/2h위 식에서, 래디컬 R은 같거나 다르며 탄소원자 1-12를 가진 1가의 SiC-결합치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소 래디컬이며, 래디컬 R3는 같거나 다르며, 1가의 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소 래디컬이고, m은 1 또는 2이며, a는 1∼8, b 및 c는 각각 서로간 독립하여 0∼8이고 d는 0∼280, e는 0∼396이고, f는 0∼3, g는 0∼6, h는 0∼3이다.
    a+b+c의 합은 2∼8이고, c+d+h의 합은 1∼280이며, a+b+c+d+e+f+g+h의 합은 3∼400이며, a+b+e+f+g으 합과 c+d+h의 합의 비는 100:1∼1:1이다.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 그 오르가노폴리실록산은 SiC-결합메르캅토-치환탄화수소래디컬 및 지방족탄소-탄소 다중결합을 가진 SiC-결합래디컬을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 위 오르가노폴리실록산.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, SiC-결합메르캅토-치환탄화수소래디컬과 지방족탄소-탄소다중결합을 가진 SiC-결합래디컬의 비는 10:1∼1:10임을 특징으로 하는 위 오르가노폴리실록산.
  7. 다음식(Ⅳ)의 실란과, 다음식(Ⅴ)의 실란, 다음식(Ⅵ)의 오르가노폴리실록산 및 다음식(Ⅶ)의 환식실록산으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 화합물과 1단계에서 혼합가수분해 또는 평형 및 혼합축합시킨 다음, 2단계에서 그 얻어진 히드록시-함유오르가노실리콘 화합물과 다음일반식(Ⅶ)을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제6항에서의 오르가노폴리실록산의 제조방법.

    (SiR2O)j (Ⅶ),
    (R3O)mHSiR2-mX(?),
    위 식에서, 래디컬 R은 같거나 다르며 탄소원자 1-12를 가진 1가의 SiC-결합치환 또는 비치환탄화수소래디컬이며, 래디컬 R3는 같거나 다르며 1가의 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소래디컬이고, m은 1 또는 2이며, E는 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 래디컬이다.
    -R1 n〔OY〕XR2(Ⅱ)
    여기서, R1은 탄소원자 1-6의 알킬렌래디컬이고, n은 0 또는 1이며, Y는 같거나 다르며, 탄소원자 1-4의 알킬렌이며, R2는 탄소원자 1-6의 알콕시래디컬 또는 탄소원자 1-6을 가진 옥시카르보닐알킬래디컬이며, X는 1∼200의 정수이다.
