Abstract
본 발명은 카본산 에스테르, 바람직하게는 에틸렌카보네이트의 존재하에 촉매로서 활성화 점토 또는 산 점토를 사용하여 α-메틸스티렌을 이량체화함을 특징으로 하여 α-메틸스틸렌의 불포화 이량체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이며, 이 방법은 반응 온도 조절이 용이하며 불포화 이량체에 대한 선택도가 높다.

Claims (10)
- 카본산 에스테르의 존재하에 촉매로서 활성화 점토 또는 산 점토를 사용하여 α-메틸스틸렌을 이량체화함을 특징으로 하여 α-메틸스티렌의 불포화 이량체를 제조하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 카본산 에스테르가 α-메틸스티렌 중량부당 0.05 내지 1중량부의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카본산 에스테르가 에틸렌 카보네이트인 방법.
- 촉매로서 활성화 점토 또는 산 점토를 사용하고 조촉매로서 에틸렌 카보네이트를 사용하여 α-메틸스틸렌을 이량체화하고, 미반응 α-메틸스티렌 및 반응 생성물을 주로 포함하는 상과 촉매 및 에틸렌 카보네이트를 주로 포함하는 상으로 분리하고, 미반응 α-메틸스티렌 및 반응 생성물을 주로 포함하는 상으로부터 α-메틸스티렌의 불포화 이량체를 회수함을 특징으로 하여, α-메틸스티렌의 불포화 이량체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에틸렌 카보네이트 및 활성화 점토 또는 산 점토를 반응기에 충전시키고, 여기에 α-메틸스티렌을 교반하에 50 내지 150℃에서 분할하여 소량씩 가하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 여과하여 촉매를 분리시키고 여액을 액체-액체 분리하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 냉각시킨 후, 고체-액체 분리하여 촉매 존재 또는 부재하의 에틸렌 카보네이트를 주로 포함하는 고체상을 분리하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 액체-액체 분리에 의해 수득된 에틸렌 카보네이트를 주로 포함하는 상을 촉매 존재 또는 부재하에 이량체와 반응에 재순환시키는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 액체-액체 분리에 의해 수득된 에틸렌 카보네이트를 주로 포함하는 상을 촉매 존재 또는 부재하에 이량체와 반응에 재순환시키는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 고체-액체 분리에 의해 수득된, 촉매 존재 또는 부재하의 에틸렌 카보네이트를 주로 포함하는 상을 이량체화 반응에 재순환시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
