The present invention relates to a water treatment device for sterilizing and discharging pollutants of various waters such as swimming pools and fish farms, and effluents from wastewater and sewage treatment plants. Equipped with ozone to generate ozone and at the same time irradiated with ultraviolet light to effectively treat the treated water.
Conventionally, ozone generator is used to put ozone into water for sterilization and disinfection treatment. However, the concentration of ozone lowers the water absorption rate and reduces the amount of ozone produced per unit power supply. In addition, there were only ultraviolet rays, but this was also insufficient in terms of water quality improvement.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, by installing an ultraviolet lamp and an ozone generating tube in the reaction tank, the ozone generated by the high-pressure discharge to the ozone generating tube by the high-pressure transformer to be treated in the reaction tank through the acid pipe The purpose of the present invention is to carry out effective water treatment by further decomposing and activating ozone by ultraviolet rays irradiated from the ultraviolet lamp at the same time as contact with water, which will be described in detail based on the accompanying drawings.
The present invention provides a transparent protective tube (4) (5) and an ozone discharge tube (6) in which ultraviolet lamps (2) and (3) are inserted into a reaction tank (1) in which an inlet portion (1a) and an outlet portion (1b) are formed at upper and lower portions, respectively. ) Consists of an ozone generating tube (7) inserted into each of the protective tubes (4) (5) and the upper portion of the ozone generating tube (7) by inserting the airtight stopper (8) (9) (10), A hole 9a is drilled in the airtight plug 9 of 7 to allow the upper portion 6a of the ozone discharge tube 6 to be inserted into and coupled to communicate with the hose 12 connected to the air pump 11. An opening 6b is formed at the lower end of the 6, and a hose 13 is connected to one hole 9b of the airtight stopper 9 so as to communicate with the diffuser 14 formed in the lower part of the reactor 1. And a structure in which the high voltage transformer 15 and the wires 16 and 17 are connected to each other so that the power is applied to the upper portion 6a of the ozone discharge tube 6 and the reaction tank 1, wherein 18 is a ballast, 19 is a wire, 20 is a check valve and 21 is water.
The operation and effects of the present invention configured as described above are as follows.
The present invention is first supplied with water 21 from the supply tank (not shown) in the state filled in the reactor 1 through the inlet (1a) by applying power to the ultraviolet lamp 2 through the wire 19 When the ultraviolet rays are irradiated and the high-pressure transformer 15 is connected to the reaction tank 1 and the upper portion 6a of the ozone discharge tube 6 by the wires 16 and 17 and discharges power, the discharge phenomenon occurs in the ozone discharge tube 6. It occurs, and when operating the air pump 11 with it to the air and ozone (O 3) by the oxygen (O 2) a high-pressure discharge developer containing as fed into the ozone discharge tube 6 via the hose 12 occurs . The ozone generated in this way exits through the opening 6b formed at the lower end of the ozone discharge tube 6 and passes through the sealed ozone generating tube 7 through the hole 9b of the hermetic plug 9. Pass through me.
In this way, ozone generated through the micropores of the diffuser 14, which has been delivered to the lower part of the reactor 1 via the check valve 20, is injected into the water.
At this time, the ultraviolet ray lamps 2 and 3 are installed in the transparent protection pipes 4 and 5 provided on both sides of the ozone generating tube 7 so that the ultraviolet rays of the predetermined wavelength range generate the transparent protection pipes 4 and 5. It passes through and irradiates into water 21, and reacts and decomposes with ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of 2537 과 and a high concentration of ozone supplied through the diffuser 14 to generate various radicals (O, OH, H 2 O 2 ). Promote Water plays a role of cooling the heat generated at high pressure discharge and can be stably performed.
The sterilized and disinfected water is discharged through the outlet 1b and used as water for swimming pools.
Here, the present invention is described by installing two ultraviolet lamps for convenience, but it is possible to increase or decrease the ultraviolet lamp according to the capacity of the reactor.
As described above, the present invention generates a high concentration of ozone by using high pressure discharge, and re-supply this ozone into the reaction tank to decompose and activate by irradiated ultraviolet rays, which is a very useful design to achieve high efficiency of water treatment.
