Abstract
제1쉬트(16), 제2쉬트(18), 쉬트 사이의 연결층(20)으로 구성된 창의 구조에 있어서, 쉬트(16, 18) 사이에 위치한 초음파 감지장치(12)가 장치되어 제1면(24)에 마주하는 제1쉬트(16)의 제2면(26)에 있는 외부물체의 존재여부를 감지하는 제1쉬트(16)의 제1면(24)에 직접 작동되고 장치(12)는 변환기(28)로 구성되어 제1면(16)에 전송/수용면을 경유하여 변환기(28)가 파장 λ의 입사 초음파 신호를 발생시키고, 제1쉬트의 두께는 K, n/2가 되며 이때 K는 정수가 되고, 변환기는 전송/수용면을 경유하여 감지신호를 발생시키기 위해 외부물체의 유무에 대한 반향 초음파 신호를 수용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 창을 이용하여 자동제어 유리창세척 시스템의 일반적인 구조도식을 나타내고,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 제1구체예 유리창의 단면도이고,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 제2구체예 유리창의 단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 제1쉬트(16), 제2쉬트(18), 쉬트 사이의 연결층(20)으로 구성된 창의 구조에 있어서, 쉬트(16, 18) 사이에 위치한 초음파 감지장치(12)가 장치되어 제1면(24)에 마주하는 제1쉬트(16)의 제2면(26)에 있는 외부물체의 존재여부를 감지하는 제1쉬트(16)의 제1면(24)에 직접 작동되고 장치(12)는 변환기(28)로 구성되어 제1면(16)에 전송/수용면을 경유하여 변환기(28)가 파장 λ의 입사초음파 신호를 발생시키고, 제1쉬트의 두께는 K, n/2가 되며 이때 K는 정수가 되고, 변환기는 전송/수용면을 경유하여 감지신호를 발생시키기 위해 외부물체의 유무에 대한 반향 초음파 신호를 수용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 창.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연결층(20)은 초음파 감지장치(12)로 이루어지는 리세스(22)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 창.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2쉬트(18)는 리세스에 마주하는 곳까지 이어지는 관통구멍(38)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 창.
- 제3항에 있어서, 개구(38)는 마개(42)에 의해 닫혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 창.
- 제4항에 있어서, 초음파 감지장치는 전극(30, 32)이 있는 압전변환기(28)와 전극은 도체(34, 36)에 의해 감지회로에 연결되고, 도체(34, 36)은 제2쉬트(18)의 면(44)을 지나서 이어지도록 마개(42)를 가로질러 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 창.
- 제2항에 있어서, 리세스(22)는 제2쉬트(18)에 의해 닫혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 창.
- 제6항에 있어서, 감지장치는 케이스의 베이스(52)가 부분적으로 잘린 케이스(50)를 이루는 스페이스에 위치하며 스페이스는 제1과 제2쉬트(16, 18)사이에서 지지받는 것을 특징으로 하는 창.
- 전술한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 감지장치(12)는 아교막(40)에 의해 제1면(24)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
