Abstract
본 발명은 접합하고자 하는 알루미늄 양판에 접합제를 도포한 후에 기계적 클린칭 방법을 병합함으로 투자설비와 유지비가 적게 들며 접합강도를 향상시켜 주기 위한 것으로, 접합하고자 하는 알루미늄 판(10a)의 일측면에 에폭시 접합제(20)를 도포하고 대향되는 알루미늄 판(10b)의 대향면에 경화제를 도포하는 단계와, 상기 에폭시 접합제(20)와 경화제가 도포된 양 알루미늄 판(10a,10b)을 1분 이내에 접합하여 기계적인 클린칭을 실시하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하며, 또한 경우에 따라서는 알루미늄 판과 냉연강판의 접합에도 우수한 특성을 나타내는 차체용 알루미늄 판의 접합 방법이다.

제3도는 본 발명 차체용 알루미늄판의 접합 방법과 다른 접합 방법에 따른 접합 강도의 비교를 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (3)
- 접합하고자 하는 알루미늄 판의 일측면에 에폭시 접합제를 도포하고 대향되는 알루미늄 판의 대향면에 경화제를 도포하는 단계와, 상기 에폭시 접합제와 경화제를 도포한 양 알루미늄 판을 접합하고 접착 압력을 기계적 클린칭으로 제공하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 차체용 알루미늄판의 접합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 클린칭을 실시하는 단계는 알루미늄 판에 에폭시 접합제와 경화제를 도포한 후 1분 이내에 실시함을 특징으로 하는 차체용 알루미늄판의 접합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 판은 냉연강판과의 접합과 동시에 전위차 부식을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 차체용 알루미늄판의 접합 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
