Abstract
In a method for manufacturing a bonded part (19), consisting of an aluminum sheet (7) and an aluminum foam layer (12), molten aluminum foam (4) is placed directly on the preheated aluminum sheet (7). This produces diffusion welding between the aluminum sheet (7) and the aluminum foam (4) and thus produces a permanent bond. Compared to subsequent gluing of aluminum foam plates and aluminum sheets, the method according to the invention is highly economical.
