본 발명은 명일엽의 유효성분을 보존하여 의학적 효과 즉, 성인병의 예방과 치료의 효과를 향상시킨 명일엽을 주제로 한 식용 분말 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 명일엽을 깨끗이 세척하여 그늘에서 자연탈수시킨후, 탈수된 명일엽 92.00 내지 95.00중량%에 유기게르마늄 2.00 내지 4.00중량% 및 알로에 3.00 내지 4.00중량%를 혼합하고 동결건조시킨 다음, 100 내지 200매쉬의 크기로 분쇄하여 명일엽을 주재로 한 식용 분말의 제조한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 원재료를 동결건조시켜 제조시켜 제조하기 때문에 각 재료에 함유된 성분들이 보존될 뿐만 아니라, 그에 함유된 각 성분의 작용에 따라 성인병의 예방 및 치료효과를 얻을 수 있고, 천연 그대로의 맛을 느낄수 있게 한 명일엽을 주재로 한 식용 분말, 즉, 자연건강식품을 제공하며, 아울러, 종래기술에 비하여 식용 분말의 제조기간을 대폭 단축시킨 경제성 있는 방법을 제공한다.The present invention relates to an edible powder based on Myeongil Leaf and its manufacturing method which preserves the active ingredient of Myeongil Leaf and improves the effect of prevention and treatment of adult diseases.
