Abstract
본 발명은 쐐기 형태의 전기콘넥터들(2)을 전기배분 네트워크들의 도선들(3)에 적용하기 위한 공구(1)에 관한 것이다. 이 공구(1)는 본 발명의 공구(1)로 적용될 수 있는 상이한 규격의 쐐기 형태의 콘넥터들의 적절한 적용을 위해 상이한 형태의 장진화약으로 장전된 상용의 22칼리버 금속제 카트릿지들에 장전된 장진화약으로 폭발된다.
본 발명의 콘넥터들(2)의 적용을 위한 공구(1)는 기본적으로 두 개의 부분들(7,8)로 구성되어 있다. 부분들의 하나는 커플링(7)으로 불리는 긴 몸체이며, 다른 하나는 커플링커버(9)와 폭발커버(10)로 구성된 정면부분(8)이다.
본 발명의 공구(1)에는 또한 공구(1)의 커플링(7)의 전방부분에 배치된, 잠금장치인 기계장치(13)가 제공되어있다. 기계장치(18)는 카트릿지(4)를 폭발시킨 후 적용된 콘넥터에 대해 램(11)을 압축시켜 지지한다.

Claims (6)
- 장진화약의 가스들이 팽창으로 폭발되며 내부에 이동가능하게 배치된 램을 가진 거의 원통형의 긴 중공의 몸체로 구성된 쐐기를 전기 콘넥터에 적용하기 위한 공구에 있어서, 상기 긴 몸체의 전방 종단에 쐐기가 콘넥터로 추진된 후 램을 외부 작동위치에서 지지하는 스프링 바이어스된 부재를 포함하는 기계치가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 상기 기계 장치가 커버, 상기 커버와 긴 몸체 사이에 배치된 와셔, 및 상기 와셔와 상기 커버 사이에 배치된 스프링으로 구성된 제1항의 공구.
- 상기 와셔를 상기 스프링에 대한 전방으로 밀어서 램이 외부 작동위치로부터 풀리는 제2항의 공구.
- 장진화약의 가스들의 팽창에 의해 폭발되며, 내부에 이동 가능하게 배치된 램을 가지는 거의 원통형의 커플링으로 구성되는 쐐기를 전기콘넥터에 적용하기 위한 공구에 있어서, 카트릿지하우징이 카트릿지를 내부에 수용하기 위해 커플링의 일종단에 배치되며, 스프링 바이어스된 폭발핀이 상기 폭발핀을 상기 카트릿지와 작용시키는 운동에 따라 카트릿지를 작동시키기 위해 상기 카트릿지하우징 뒤에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 카트릿지가 상용의 금속제 카트릿지인 제4항의 공구.
- 폭발기구가 커플링에 결합되며, 커플링 커버 및 폭발커버를 포함하며, 상기 커플링 커버가 내부에 상기 폭발핀 및 스프링이 수용된 폭발핀 하우징 및 상기 폭발핀을 상기 폭발핀 하우징에 고정하기 위한 보유링을 포함하며, 상기 폭발커버가 공구를 폭발시킨 후 상기 폭발커버를 안전위치로 바이어스하기 위한 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제4항의 공구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
