Abstract
本发明涉及一种把楔形电接头加在配电网导线上的工具,这种工具是由装在22毫米口径的工业用金属弹壳中的弹药爆炸所驱动的。这种弹壳为了施加不同尺寸的楔块形接头而装入不同类型的弹药。本发明的施加接头的工具基本上由两个部件构成,其一个部件是称之为联结器的长形体,另一件是前端件,它包括连接套和击发套。本发明的工具还有一个机械装置,这是一个锁定器,位于联结器的前部,在击发弹药之后该装置通过顶压把冲杆保持在被加的接头上。
Description
本发明涉及施加于配电网的楔形接头的工具。具体讲,本发明涉及一种把楔形电接头施加于配电网导线上的工具,这种工具是由装在22毫米口径的工业用金属弹壳内的弹药引发后产生的气体膨胀来驱动的。
在把电接头施加于配电网导线的技术中,人们要求无需用笨重而复杂的施加工具或讲如气压/液压系统之类的单独的动力设备来实现可靠的连接,从而把接头加到导线上。
因此,用弹药爆炸引发的气体膨胀来驱动的将电接头施加于配电网导线上的工具被广泛地采用了,因为这种工具小巧、操作成本低,而且不需要动力单元,使它们能用于不适宜使用普通动力单元的地方。
然而,这种现有技术的使用弹药爆炸的气体膨胀来驱动的将楔形电接头施加在配电网导线上的工具存在的缺点是只能用专用弹壳。因此,这样的工具不能采用市场流通的普通气体膨胀的弹壳。
而且,这种现有技术的施加接头的工具很笨重。
因此,本发明的目的是克服现有技术的施加电接头的工具所存在的缺点,提供一种用弹药爆发的气体膨胀驱动的将电接头加在配电网导线上的工具,即使被意外地激发也不会使使用者遭受危险,而且要使用适于工业用的金属弹壳。
本发明公开一种用激发弹药产生的膨胀气体来把楔形电接头施加于配电网导线上的工具,而且该工具采用22毫米口径的工业用的金属弹壳。
本发明的施加电接头的工具主要包括一个称之为联接器的长形体、一个弹壳连接套和一个击发器的击发套。
另外,本发明的这种工具还有一个作为锁定器的机械装置,它设置在联接器的前部,其作用是保持住该工具的冲杆与组装的接头稳固地接合,从而避免工具自身脱离接头和从配电网导线的支撑杆上掉落下来。
用弹药爆发产生的气体膨胀驱动的、将楔块楔进电接头的工具包括:一个基本呈圆柱形的其中设置有可动冲杆的长形管体;一个设置在长形管体前端的机械装置,该装置有一个弹簧偏压件,用来在楔块被楔入接头之后把冲杆保持在外面的操作位置上。
用弹药爆发产生的气体膨胀驱动的将楔块楔入电接头的工具包括:一个基本呈圆柱形其中设置有可动冲杆的联接器;设置在联接器一端的装激发弹的弹仓;和一个安装在弹仓后面的由弹簧偏置的撞针,用以由撞针撞出弹壳来激发该子弹。
以下参照附图描述本发明的实施例。

图2是本发明联结到现有技术中用于支撑接头的基座或工具头上的电接头施加工具的透视图,这种工具具有现有技术和新技术的可互换性;

本发明的把电接头2加到配电网的导线3上的工具1是一种用弹药爆发产生的气体的膨胀来驱动类型的工具,该工具优选采用22毫米口径的适于工业用的金属弹壳4。
施加电接头2的工具1被制成为既可适用于具有小头5的工具也适用于具有大头6的工具,并且这种工具主要由两个部件制成,即:一件定义为联结器7的长形体和一件由连接套9和击发套10组成的击发机构8。
联结器7是基本上为圆柱体的长形体,在联结器7内有可动的冲杆11,联结器7还有一个环绕冲杆11的铝塞套12,如果施加电接头2的工具1在工具头5中没有接头2的情况下被击发时,铝塞套12就被挤压,从而不致损坏冲杆11和联结器。
联结器7还在其前端有一个机械装置13,在弹壳击发后该装置确保冲杆11稳固地接合在被施加的接头上。如图5所示,机械装置13由冲杆套14,定位螺钉15、弹簧16和垫圈17构成。在击发之后,在联结器7的一端,即图5所示设置保证冲杆稳固接合被组装的接头的锁定机构装置13的那端,工具1自动地排放出气体,而且,为了释放并缩回冲杆11,只需用手指将垫片顶压弹簧就行。
工具1的弹壳连接套9呈圆柱形,包括用来连接到联结器7的螺纹,在联结器7靠内的部分还有一个弹仓18,它的作用是在容纳于连接套9内的撞针19击发工具1之前,也就是在撞针19击发弹壳4的火药之前装纳弹壳4。
击发定位器10借助于定位器环20连接在弹壳连接套9上。定位器环20逆时针旋转约60°安置施加接头2的击发套10,以便触发该工具。另外,击发套10有一个弹簧21,它被用来在激发工具1之后自动地把击发套从它的击发位置移动到初始保险位置。卡环26把撞针19固定在撞针壳24之中,定位螺钉27延伸在击发套10和撞针壳24之间。
击发之后,由弹出器套22的推压移动使击发机构8相对于联结器7运动把弹壳4从工具1中弹射出来。
撞针壳24有一个装在其中的弹簧23,用于在操作前保证撞针19缩回在撞针壳24内。
在联结器7和弹仓18之间有一个密封环25,用作工具1被激发时的气密装置。
施加接头2的工具1的操作很简单,先把适于工业用的弹壳4定位在弹仓18之中,然后把击发机构8接在联结器7上。接好后,把击发套10反时针转动约60°,以便把撞针19置位于非中心点上,并能引起撞击弹壳。
联结器7和击发机构8稳固地接在一起之后,必须用足够重的锤子或其他工具(未示出)击打击发机构8的尾端,以便使撞针19撞击弹壳4引发火药。这样,膨胀的气体迫使冲杆11撞击楔块29,把它楔入接头2。击发之后,固定在联结器7前部的锁定装置13确保冲杆11稳固地接合在楔块29上。为了释放并缩回冲杆11,必须使冲杆11朝后移动,同时使垫片17向前移动。然后把冲杆11完全缩回以准备下一次操作。
相应地,本发明的工具1为了适用于不同尺寸的楔块接头,采用装有特定弹药量的工业用金属弹来把电接头2加在配电网导线上。
从以上说明可以看出,本发明的工具可以采用市场流通的普通气体膨胀的弹壳,且很轻,安全可靠,即使被意外地激发也不会使使用者遭受危险。
虽然已经按照最佳实施例表示并描述了本发明,但应该理解,本领域的普通技术人员可以在不背离本发明权利要求保护范围的情况下做出各种不同的改变。
Claims (6)
1.一种由弹药爆发产生的气体膨胀驱动的把楔块楔入电接头的工具,包括基本呈圆柱形的长形管体,该管体有一个可动地设置在管体中的冲杆,其特征在于;在所述长形体的前端有一个机械装置,该装置有一个弹簧偏置件,用以在楔块楔入接头之后把冲杆保持在外端操作过的位置上。
2.根据权利要求1的工具,其特征在于:所述机械装置包含有冲杆套、设置在杆套与长形体之间的垫片和设置在垫片与杆套之间的弹簧。
3.根据权利要求2的工具,其特征在于:克服弹簧的弹力向前推压垫片使冲杆脱离上述外端操作过的位置。
4.一种由弹药爆发产生的气体膨胀驱动的把楔块楔入电接头的工具,包括基本呈圆柱形的联结器,在其中可动地设置有冲杆,其特征在于:在联结器的一端设置有一个装弹壳的弹仓和被装在所述弹仓后面的由弹簧偏置的撞针,通过所述撞针撞击弹壳的运动来击发弹壳而发火。
5.根据权利要求4的工具,其特征在于:所述弹壳是适于工业用的金属弹壳。
6.根据权利要求4的工具,其特征在于:联结器接有一个击发机构,所述击发机构包括连接套和击发套,所述连接套包括其中装有撞针和弹簧的撞针壳以及用来把撞针固定在所述撞针壳中的卡环;所述击发套包括在击发了该工具之后把所述击发套偏置于保险位置的弹簧。
