Abstract

서로 맞서 배치된 2개의 실린더 열을 갖춘 내연 기관은 외부에 놓여 냉각수를 이끄는 도관을 제거하기 위하여, 냉각수 공급과 방출용 집합 통로를 냉각 자켓과 실린더 헤드에 형성시킨다.

Claims (8)

  1. 2개의 실린더 열을 갖추고 실린더 열의 실린더 블록(3) 전면부에 배치된 냉각수 폄프를 구비하여 크랭크 축의 종축(A) 하부에 펄프로부터 다른 실린더 열로 향하는 연결 통로(22)를 갖추고 냉각수 자켓(10)과 횡류가 흐르는 실린더 헤드(7)를 갖추고, 냉각수를 실린더 열로부터 방류하는 집합 통로를 종축(A)의 상부에 배치한 내연 기관에 있어서, 분할면(T-T)에 인접하여 실린더 블록(3,4)와 실린더 헤드(7) 사이에 놓여 종축 하부에 평행하게 연장된 냉각수용 공급 통로(16)을 각 실린더 열(1,2)와 하부 벽(18,19)에 배치하고 이와 평행하게 연장하여 상부 벽(28,29)에 방출 통로(30)을 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내연 기관의 전면부(12)에 인접하는 상부벽(28,29)에 배치된 횡통로(31)을 형성하는 집합 통로를 통해 방출 통로(30)이 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 공급 통로(16)의 개방된 입구(15)가 냉각수 펌프를 수용하는 실린더 블록(3)의 공동(13)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 연결 통로(22)를 내연 기관의 오일통에 연장 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2연결부(20,21)을 각각 구비한 각 공급 통로(16)을 냉각 자켓(10) 및 실린더 헤드(7)과 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 공급 통로(16), 방출 통로(30), 횡통로(31)과 연결통로(22)를 벽(18,19,28,29)에 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관.
  7. 제4항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 오일통(26)에서 연장된 부분(23)을 외부 자켓상에 냉각 리브(25)를 구비한 열 교환 파이프로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 냉각수 펌프를 수용하는 전면부(12)에 인접하게 횡통로(31)를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관.
