Abstract
본 발명은 소결원료 장입장치에서 소결원료의 장입밀도를 자동으로 균일하게 조절시키는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세히는 코크스 또는 무연탄 중에서 대입경의 원료가 소결기의 하단에 장입되고, 소결원료의 자중(自重)에 의해서 장입밀도가 불균일하게 놓여지는 것을 방지하기 위한 소결원료 장입밀도 조절방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 소결기의 배사판과 대향설치된 조절판이 구동모터의 정, 역회전에 따라서 경사각도가 변화되기 때문에, 대입경의 원료, 즉 코크스 등은 조절판의 연장바 상에 걸려서 상부측에 분포되고, 소입경의 배합원료들은 연장바 사이의 간격으로 배출되어 바닥층을 형성하게 된다. 이러한 장입밀도제어는 소결기의 하부로 배출되는 연소가스의 최적의 부압이 유지되도록 조절판이 경사각도가 변화되기 때문에, 최적의 조건으로 연소가스가 배출되어 통기성이 향상되고 소결기 바닥에 소결광이 부착되어 쉽게 배출되지 못하는 종래의 문제점이 완전히 해소되는 효과를 얻는 것이다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for automatically and uniformly adjusting the loading density of a sintering raw material in a sintering raw material charging device.
