Abstract
본 발명은, 용매를 사용하지 않고 생성한 고분자복합체로서, 강직성중합체(B)가 매트릭스(A)내에 분자 레벨로 공중합체(A-B 혹은 A´-B) 상태로 균일하게 분산되어 있어, 매트릭스(A)에 대한 강직성중합체(B)의 계면활성이 향상된다.
또한, 열가소성중합체(A)와 강직성중합체(B)를 형성하기 위한 단량체를 용매없이 용융·혼련상태에서 결합하여, 강직성중합체(B)에 대해 유연분자사슬(A 또는 A´)이 열가소성중합체로 구성되어 있는 공중합체(A-B 혹은 A´-B)를 생성하는 공정으로 이루어진 비용매법으로, 열가소성중합체매트릭스내에 분자레벨로 미세분산되어 있는 강직성중합체의 응력집중원을 감소시켜 강직성중합체(B)와 매트릭스(A)간의 계면결합을 향상시킨다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 미크로섬유강화복합재의 내부구성을 도시한 도면, 제2도는 매트릭스중합체(PA-6)만의 응력-변형곡선과 본 발명에 따른 미크로섬유강화복합재(PA-ε/POB)의 대표적인 곡선간의 비교를 도시한 그래프.
Claims (3)
- 보강성분으로서 강직성분자사슬을 지닌 강직성중합체(B)와 매트릭스성분으로서 유연성분자사슬을 지닌 열가소성중합체(A)의 2종류 이상의 중합체로 이루어진 고분자복합체에 있어서, 상기 보강성분의 적어도 일부가 열가소성중합체(A) 및/또는 상기 중합체(A)와 상응하는 열가소성중합체(A´)와 강직성중합체(B)와의 공중합체(A-B 혹은 A´-B)로 구성되고, 상기 보강성분의 강직분자사슬부(B)가 매트릭스(A)내에 분자레벨로 미세분산하고, 강직성분자사슬부와 공유결합한 상기 열가소성중합체(A) 및/또는 (A´)의 유연분자사슬부가 상기 매트릭스성분(A)내에 균일하게 응용된 상태로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강직성중합체(B)는 길이방향에 직각으로 절단했을 때 단면직경이 0.07μ 이하인 봉형상보강재인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자복합체.
- 보강성분으로서 강직성분자사슬을 지닌 강직성중합체(B)와 매트릭스성분으로서 유연성분자사슬을 지닌 열가소성중합체(A)의 2종류 이상의 중합체로 이루어진 고분자복합체를 제조하는데 있어서, 강직성중합체(B)를 형성하기 위한 단량체와 열가소성중합체(A) 혹은 상기 중합체(A)와 상용하는 열가소성중합체(A´)를 소정비율로 혼합하는 공정: 상기 단량체를 용매없이 용융 및 혼련상태에서 중합하여 강직성중합체(B)를 생성하는 공정: 강직성중합체(B)의 강직성분자사슬부와 열가소성중합체(A) 및/또는 (A´)의 강직성분자사슬부를 에스테르교환, 아미드교환 혹은 에스테르-아미드교환반응에 의해 공유결합시켜 공중합체(A-B 혹은 A´-B)를 생성하는 공정: 및 잔부열가소성중합체(A)를 이물질분자간의 반응을 억제하면서 용융·혼합하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자복합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
