Abstract
본 발명은 공간(3)내로 위치되고 제거될 재료가 열분해 되는 온도까지 가열되는 세정될 물품(4)를 열적 세정하는, 특히 금속제 물품(4)로부터 플라스틱과 같은 재료를 제거하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로, 세정될 물품(4)의 온도는 측정 공간(7), 특히 작업물 아래에 위치되어 용융된 플라스틱을 수집하는데 또한 사용되는 수용부(9)내에 위치된 온도 감지기에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (12)
- 공간(3)내에 위치되고 제거될 재료가 열분해되는 온도까지 가열되는 세정될 물품(4)를 열적 세정하는 특히, 금속제 물품(4)로부터 플라스틱과 같은 재료를 제거하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 세정될 물품의 온도는 측정 공간(7), 특히 작업물 아래에 위치되어 용융된 플라스틱을 수집하는데 또한 사용되는 수용부(9)내에 위치된 온감지기(6)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 측정 공간으로서 수용부(9) 대신에 모조 작업물이 온도 감지기(6)이 위치된 곳에 사용되는 곳을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어된 연소는 조절가능한 공기 공급에 의해 제공되고 상기 공기 공급은 처리될 물품(4)가 위치된 공간(3)내에서 온도를 측정함으로써 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 공기가 공급되고 온도를 측정함으로써 발화를 탐지하면, 공기 공급이 즉시 감소되거나 중단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 처리될 물품(4)가 위치된 공간(3)을 구비한 노(2) 및 물품으로부터 제거될 재료가 열 분해에 의해 분해되는 온도까지 처리될 물품(4)를 가열시키는 상기 공간(3)용 가열 수단(5)로 구성된 제 1 항의 방법을 실현시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 장치는 측정 수단(7), 특히 처리되고 세정될 물품 아래에 위치되어 용융된 플라스틱을 수집하는데 또한 사용되는 수용부(9)내에 위치된 온도 감지기(6) 및 상기 온도 감지기(6)에 의해 측정된 값의 함수로서 가열 수단(5)를 제어하는 제어기(8)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 장치는 공기 및/또는 산소 공급 수단(15), 상기 공간(3)내의 온도를 측정하는 온도감지기(16) 및 노(2), 특히 공간(2)내에서 온도 함수로서 공기 및/또는 산소 공급을 조절하는 제어 수단을 구비하며, 제어 수단은 공기 및/또는 산소가 특정시간에 공급되고, 상기 온도 감지기(16)에 의해 발화가 탐지되면, 공기 공급이 즉시 감소되고 중단되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 후기 연소를 제공하는 버너(21)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노(2)는 배출구(14)를 구비하고 상기 배출구(14)는 세정용 습 또는 건 가스를 제공하는 요소(29)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열 수단(5)는 전기적 가열 요소로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열 수단(5)는 고온 매체, 가열된 가스 또는 액체를 사용하는 열원으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노(2)는 상기 공간(3)이 내부에 구비된 수직축 둘레로 회전가능한 하부(30) 및 고정된 상부(32)를 구성하여 하부(30)이 회전함에 따라 상기 공간(3)의 상부측이 자유롭게 되도록 하고, 상부(32)는 하부측이 폐쇄된 상태의 노(2)의 상기 공간(3)내로 열린 개구부(13)을 지닌 벽부(12)로 구성되는 후기 연소 챔버(11)를 형성하며, 노(2)는 공기 및/또는 산소의 공급을 제어하기 위한 배출구(14), 흡입구(25) 및 후기 연소용 버너(21)을 최소한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제11항 중에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 측정 공간(7)은 상기 수용부(9) 대신에 모조 작업물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
