Abstract

본 발명은 전자렌지의 조리실 내부에 설치되는 히터에 관한 것으로서 종래에는 전열선에 용기를 접면시켜 히터의 직접열을 이용하는 요리는 할 수가 없었고 단순하게 히터의 복사열을 사용하는 요리만 가능한 것인바 전자렌지로서 다양한 요리를 하는데는 상당한 제약이 있는 것이기 때문에 본 발명은 전자렌지(A)의 조리실(10) 내부에 히터(20)를 설치함에 있어서 상부면에 히터(20)가 구비된 단열재(30)를 조리실(10) 바닥면에 설치함을 특징으로 하는 것으로 이와같은 본 발명은 전자렌지(A)의 조리실(10) 하부의 히터(20)가 구비된 단열재(30)를 설치토록 하므로서 히터(20)의 직접 열을 이용할 수 있는 것인바 전자렌지(A)로서는 할 수 없는 튀김요리 등과 같은 요리를 할 수 있는 것이다.

제 1 도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 나타낸 사시도, 제 2 도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 나타낸 정면도, 제 3 도는 본 발명의 다른 실시에를 나타낸 정면도, 제 4 고는 본 발명의 또다른 실시에를 나타낸 사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 전자렌지(A)의 조리실(10) 내부에 히터(20)를 설치함에 있어서 상부면에 히터(20)가 구비된 단열재(30)를 조리실(10) 바닥면에 설치함을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 히터장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서 히터(20)의 상부면에 세라믹 판재로 형성된 커버(40)를 씌우도록 함을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 히터장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서 히터(20)가 세라믹 재질의 단열재(30) 내부에 매입 설치함을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 히터장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서 조리실(10) 하부 양측에 안내레일(50)을 구비토록 한후 이에 히터(20)가 구비된 단열재(30)가 슬라이드되게 삽입 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 히터장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서 단열재(30)의 일측 후방에 걸림면(33)을 구비토록 하고, 조리실(10) 일측변에는 마이크로 스위치(60)를 설치하여 단열재(30)를 전면으로 인출하였을때 단열재(30)의 걸림면(33)이 마이크로 스위치(60)를 작동시키도록 함을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 히터장치.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서 단열재(30)의 상부면에 히터(20)가 끼워지는 삽지층(31)을 형성토록 함을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 히터장치.
