Abstract

본 발명은 산업용 기계에 사용되는 유성치차 감속기에 관한 것으로, 백래쉬를 제거할 수 있도록 구성된 감속기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 감속기는 입력축과 연결되는 태양치차와; 상기 태양치차와 맞물려 회전하며, 일방향 회전에 백래쉬가 생기지 않도록 태양치차의 이의 일측과 접촉되도록 이가 접촉된 제 1 유성치차군과; 상기 태양치차와 맞물려 회전하며, 상기와 타방향 회전에 백래쉬가 생기지 않도록 태양치차의 이의 타측과 접촉되도록 이가 접촉된 제2유성치차군과; 상기 제2유성치차군이 내부에서 공전하도록 맞물리되, 그 회전방향에 대하여 서로 이가 접촉되도록 맞물리는 제1링치차와; 상기 제1유성치차군이 내부에서 공전하도록 맞물리되, 그 회전방향에 대하여 서로 이가 접촉되도록 맞물리는 제1링치차와; 상기 제1유성치차군이 내부에서 공전하도록 맞물리되, 그 회전방향에 대하여 서로 이가 접촉되도록 맞물리는 제2링치차와; 상기 유성기어군의 공전과 같이 회동하도록 연결되고, 출력축과 연결된 유성캐리어로 구성되어 입력축이 어떠한 방향으로 회전하더라고 백래쉬가 생기지 아니하고 원하는 감속을 할 수 있는 유성치차 감속기를 개시하고 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 입력축과 연결되는 태양치차와 ; 상기 태양치차와 맞물려 회전하며, 일방향 회전에 대하여 백래쉬가 생기지 않도록 태양치차의 이(齒)의 일측과 접하도록 이가 맞물리는 제1유성치차군과 ; 상기 태양치차와 맞물려 회전하며, 상기와 타방향 회전에 대하여 백래쉬가 생기지 않도록 태양치차의 이의 타측과 접하도록 이가 맞물리는 제2유성치차군과 ;상기 제2유성치차군이 내부에서 공전하도록 맞물리되, 제2유성치차군의 타방향 회전에 대하여 서로 이가 접하도록 맞물리는 제1링치차와 ; 상기 제1유성치차군이 내부에서 공전하도록 맞물리되, 제1유성치차군의 일방향 회전에 대하여 서로 이가 접하도록 맞물리는 제2링치차와 ; 상기 유성기어군의 공전과 같이 회전하도록 연결되고, 출력축과 열결된 유성캐리어로 구성되어, 백래쉬없이 감속 출력되는 유성치차 감속기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유성치차군은 3개의 유성치차로 구성되는 유성치차 감속기.
