Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 화합물, 상기 화합물과 금속 원자로 구성되는 착 화합물 및 상기 착 화합물을 포함하는 진단제에 관한 것으로서, 상기 언급한 화합물(I)은 킬레이트화제로서 유용하며 착 화합물은 영상 진단을 위한 대비 매질로서 보다 우수한 특성을 나타낸다.
상기 식중에서, m은 1 내지 3의 정수이고; R1및 R2는 동일 또는 상이하며 각각 수소 원자 또는 저급 알킬이고; R3, R4, R5및 R6은 동일 또는 상이하며 각각 히드록시 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ),
의 기이고(상기 식중에서, n은 0 또는 1이고; X는 -NH- 또는 -O-이며; Y는 알킬렌이고; A는 수소 원자, 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시, 할로겐 원자 또는 트리플루오로메틸이며; B는 알킬 또는 알케닐이다); 단, R3, R4, R5및 R6중 둘 또는 세개의 히드록실기이며, 이들중 두개가 히드록실기인 경우, R3및 R5가 히드록시이고, R4및 R6이 히드록시인 경우는 배제된다.

Description

신규의 킬레이트화제, 상기 킬레이트화제와 금속 원자로 구성된 착 화합물, 및 상기 화합물을 포함하는 진단제(NOVEL CHELATING AGENT, COMPLEX COMPOUND COMPOSED OF SAID AGENT AND METALLIC ATOM, AND DIAGNOSTIC AGENT CONTAINING SAID COMPOUND)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 킬레이트화제 및 금속 원자를 포함하는 본 발명의 착 화합물을 쥐에게 투여하는 경우, 상기 화합물의 기관(간장, 신장 또는 비장)내에서의 축적도를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 :
    상기 식중에서, m은 1 내지 3의 정수이고; R1및 R2는 동일 또는 상이하며 각각 수소 원자 또는 저급 알킬이고; R3, R4, R5및 R6은 동일 또는 상이하며 각각 히드록시 또는 하기 일반식,
    의 기이고(상기 식중에서, n은 0 또는 1이고; X는 -NH- 또는 -O-이며; Y는 알킬렌이고; A는 수소 원자, 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시, 할로겐 원자 또는 트리플루오로메틸이며; B는 알킬 또는 알케닐이다); 단, R3, R4, R5및 R6중 둘 또는 세개의 히드록실기이며, 이들중 두개가 히드록실기인 경우, R3및 R5가 히드록시이고, R4및 R6이 히드록시인 경우는 배제된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(I)에서, Y 및 B의 전체 탄소수가 8-12이거나, 또는 이것의 염인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(I)에서, B가 Y에 대해 메타- 또는 파라 위치에서 결합되거나, 또는 이것의 염인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, N-(4-헥실페닐카르바모일메틸)디에틸렌트리아민-N,N',N",N"-테트라아세트산, N-(4-옥틸페닐카르바모일메틸)디에틸렌트리아민-N,N',N",N"-테트라아세트산, N-(4-데실페닐카르바모일메틸)디에틸렌트리아민-N,N',N",N"-테트라아세트산, 및 N-(4-도데실페닐카르바모일메틸)디에틸렌트리아민-N,N',N",N"-테트라아세트산, 또는 이들의 염으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 화합물.
  5. 제1항의 화합물 및 금속 원자, 또는 이들의 염을 포함하는 착 화합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속 원자가 상자성 금속 원자이거나, 또는 이것의 염인 착 화합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 금속 원자가 가돌리늄(Ⅲ), 테르븀(Ⅲ), 디스프로슘(Ⅲ), 홀뮴(Ⅲ), 에르븀(Ⅲ) 및 철(Ⅲ)로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 착화합물.
  8. 제5항의 착 화합물 또는 이것의 염을 포함하는 약학적 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 진단제인 조성물.
  10. 제1항의 화합물 및 상자성 금속 원자를 포함하는 착 화합물, 또는 이것의 염을 포함하는, 동맥 경화증에 대한 진단제.
  11. 제1항의 화합물과 상자성 금속 원자의 착 화합물, 또는 이것의 염을 포함하는, 간장 종양에 대한 진단제.
  12. 제1항의 화합물 및 금속 원자를 포함하는 착 화합물, 또는 이것의 염을 잠재 질병을 갖는 환자에게 투여하여, 장해를 영상화하는 것을 포함하는 영상 진단 방법.
