Abstract
알루미늄합금으로 제작되는 고저항, 보빈동체의 제작을 단순화 하기 위해 다음의 공정단계로 이루어진다.
a)실제적으로 원통형 브빈블랭크(5)를 압출 또는 유동압출하는 단계 b)보빈블랭크(5)를 원하는 보빈동체길이로 절단하는 단계 c)보빈블랭크(5)의 양단부(6)를 단부플랜지(3)으로 성형하는 단계 d)보빈동체(1)을 경화하는 단계 e)보빈동체(1)를 에이징-경화하는 단계.

Claims (16)
- 감기는 재료, 특히 합성사를 감기 위한 원통형의 권선체와 권선체보다 직경이 큰 단부플랜지를 구비하며 알루미늄 합금으로 된 보빈동체를 제작하는 방법에 있어서; a)원통형의 보빈블랭크(5)를 유동압출주형하는 단계; b)단부플랜지(3)를 제작하기 위해 원하는 보빈동체의 길이(1)에 여과분(X)을 더하여 보빈블랭크(5)를 절단하는 단계; c)보빈블랭크(5)의 양단부를 단부플랜지(3)으로 성형하는 단계; d)보빈동체(1)를 경화하는 단계와; e)보빈동체(1)을 에이징하는 단계들로 이루어진 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a에서의 주형이 간접적인 압출주형으로 수행되고 거기에 공동플런저(10)가 설치되며, 이를 통해 보빈블랭크(5)가 막대형으로 드러나는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압출주형이 360-420℃에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 단계 C에서의 성형이 실온에서 원통형 보빈블랭크(5)의 양단부를 플랜징함으로써 실시되고, 이것이 우선적으로 어닐링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 어닐링이 2-4시간동안 340-400℃에서 실시되고, 보빈블랭크(5)가 200-250℃까지 25℃/h의 최대의 온도감속율로 냉각되고 이온도로 1-5시간동안을 유지하여 끝으로 실온으로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 플랜징이 원뿔형으로 실시되어 플랜징장치들(20)이 서로 마주 보며 클램핑장치(21)로 주어진 보빈블랭크(5)와 회전이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 플랜징의 다른 공정단계로써, 보빈블랭크(5)를 위해 클램핑장치(21)쪽으로 단부플랜지(3)를 직각 프레싱하는 미리 성형된 단부플랜지(3)의 롤링이 테두리에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체의 제작방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 단계 C의 성형이 강제단면의 보빈블랭크(5)로 단조온도에서 실시되고, 보빈블랭크(5)의 단부들은 단부플랜지형태의 리세스들(32)을 구비한 프레스장치(30)에 의해 양단부에 여과분(X)으로 업셋되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성형이 360-420℃에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 리세스(34)가 단조온도로 가열된 보빈블랭크(5)의 단부플랜지들(3)을 형성하는 단부들(6)로 임프레스되어 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 임프레스장치(35)가 프레스장치(30)보다 더 큰 스트로크를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 단조장치(15)가 덤벨형태의 단조체에 방사상을 결합하여 단조함으로써 단부플랜지(3)의 성형전에, 권선체(2)를 형성하는 보빈블랭크(5)의 중심부 직경이 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 단조하는 동안에 보빈블랭크(5)가 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 단계 d에서 보빈동체(1)의 경화가 400-450℃온도에서 25분의 경화지속시간으로 실시되고, 이후 보빈동체(1)가 물에 담겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체의 제작방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 보빈블랭크(5)가 캐비티(34)와 부분적으로 성형된 단부플랜지(3)를 구비한 유동압출부(50)이고, 그의 타단(6)에서 프레스장치(30)에 의해 압착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체.
- 제18항에 있어서, 맨드렐(40)이 리세스(34)안에서 설치되고, 프레스장치(30)의 싱킹으로 싱크되도록 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈동체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
