Claims (8)
- 수신 및 송신되는 신호들 모두에서 원치않는 구성부분을 제거하도록 필터링하는 필터(29)를 가진 트랜시버 회로를 포함하는 트랜시버 집적 회로 패키지 구성부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필터(29)가 저지 대역 필터인 트랜시버 집적 회로 패키지 구성부.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 트랜시버 회로가 수신 모드로 사용될 때 국부적으로 발생된 주파수를 수신된 신호들과 믹싱하고 상기 트랜시버 회로가 송신 모드로 사용될 때 상기 주파수를 송신된 신호들과 믹싱하는 믹서(9)를 더 포함하며, 상기 필터(29)가 상기 믹서(9)와 상기 회로의 공통 입력/출력 포트(5) 사이에 접속되는 트랜시버 집적 회로 패키지 구성부.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 트랜시버 회로가 상기 국부적으로 발생된 주파수를 상기 믹서(9)에 제공하도록 전압 제어식 발진기(3)를 포함하는 트랜시버 집적 회로 패키지 구성부.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 트랜시버 회로가 위상 동기 루프(PLL) 구동 출력을 가지며 전압 제어식 발진기(3)의 출력에서 파생된 신호를 증폭시켜 PLL 구동 출력으로 신호를 제공하도록 PLL에 접속된 PLL 차동 증폭기(27)를 포함하는 트랜시버 집적 회로 패키지 구성부.
- 제 3 항, 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 트랜시버 회로가 상기 필터(29) 및 입력/출력 포트(5) 사이에 수신된 신호들을 증폭하는 저소음 증폭기(7), 송신되는 신호들을 증폭시키는 전력 증폭기(17), 및 상기 필터(29)와 입력/출력 포트(5) 사이에 저소음 증폭기(7) 또는 전력 증폭기(17) 중 어느 하나를 연결하는 스위칭수단을 포함하는 트랜시버 집적 회로 패키지 구성부.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 트랜시버 회로가 그의 중간 주파수 출력(13) 및 믹서(9) 사이의 제 1 차동 증폭기(11), 그의 중간 주파수 입력(15) 및 믹서(9) 사이의 제 2 차동 증폭기(12), 및 상기 제 1 및 제 2 차동 증폭기들(11, 12)과 믹서(9) 사이의 스위치 수단을 포함하며, 그 스위치 수단에 의해 상기 믹서(9)가 제 1 또는 제 2 차동 증폭기(11, 12) 중 어느 하나에 접속되며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 차동 증폭기들(11, 12)이 수신 및 송신되는 신호들을 각각 증폭시키도록 작동가능한 트랜시버 집적 회로 패키지 구성부.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통과 대역 필터(1)가 상기 입력/출력 포트(5)에 접속되어 수신 및 송신되는 신호들을 필터링하는 트랜시버 집적 회로 패키지 구성부.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
