Abstract
본 발명은 형광표시관의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 배선층과 절연층 및 상기 배선층과 전기적으로 연결되는 도전층을 형성하여 이루어진 기판의 상면에 전기영동법을 이용하여 형광층을 형성하는 형광층 전착공정 및 불요부분 형광체 제거공정을 포함하는 형광표시관의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 전착공정전에 부도체의 열분해성 수지 인쇄공정이 더 포함되고 상기 불요부분 형광체 제거공정이 생략된 점에 그 특징이 있다. 이에 의하면 형광표시관의 제조단계가 단순화되며 누설발광이 방지되어 품질이 향상된다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fluorescent display tube, comprising: forming a fluorescent layer on an upper surface of a substrate formed by forming a wiring layer, an insulating layer, and a conductive layer electrically connected to the wiring layer by electrophoresis; A method of manufacturing a fluorescent display tube including an unnecessary partial phosphor removing step is characterized in that a thermally decomposable resin printing step of an insulator is further included before the electrodeposition step, and the unnecessary partial phosphor removing step is omitted. This simplifies the manufacturing steps of the fluorescent display tube and prevents leakage light emission, thereby improving quality.
