Abstract

한 개 이상의 자외선 반응성 성분을 함유하고 10ppm 이상의 CA 500 클라우드 포인트를 수용성 또는 수분산성 중합체를 계를 부가하는 것을 포함하는 수계 처리방법. 본 발명의 중합체는 처리된 수계에서 통상의 자외선 분광계에 의해 직접적으로 조정될 수 있고 또 화학측량 알고리슴을 측정 스펙트럼에 적용하여 정량될 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 한 개 이상의 자외선 반응성 성분을 함유하고 10ppm 이상의 CA 500 클라우드 포인트를 수용성 또는 수분산성 중합체를 계에 부가하는 것을 포함하는 수계의 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수계가 수증기 발생계, 냉각수계, 화학용수계, 증발기, 해수탈염 유닛 및 펄프 및 종기 수계로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 계의 처리방법이 스케일 억제, 부식 억제, 철 분산 및 불활성 미량물질 조절법으로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 하기 일반식의 단위체 및 그의 수용성 염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되는 반복 단위체를 함유하는 방법 :
    상기 식에서, 각 R은 서로 독립해서 수소 및 C1내지 C4알킬로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되고, X는 서로 독립해서 -SO3H, -PO3H 및 -COOH로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되며 또 m은 0 내지 4의 정수이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 반복단위체가 5몰% 이상의 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 0.05 ppm 내지 500 ppm의 투여 범위로 계에 부가되는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 투여량이 1 ppm 내지 50 ppm인 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 말레산, 포스포네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되는 단량체를 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 500 내지 5,000,000범위의 분자량을 갖는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 분자량이 800 내지 20,000범위인 방법.
  11. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가 나트륨 스티렌 술포네이트 및 메타크릴산의 공중합체인 방법.
  12. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가 나트륨 나프탈렌 술포네이트 및 포름알데히드의 공중합체인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 자외선 분광계에 의해 스펙트럼을 측정함으로써 중합체를 조정하고 또 화학측량 알고리슴을 스펙트럼에 적용하여 수계에서 중합체의 농도를 측정하는 방법.
